I have the option of adding Anavar to my HRT at a low dose of 25mg/day. I would only run it for 2 months to help lean out a bit in the spring for summer. Is 25mg. way too low of a dose and if I go this route should I simply supplement this dose higher? I would be looking for some strength gains and to lean out a bit more.
Many would advise that Anavar has no place in TRT. Regardless, IMO I wouldn’t expect you to see much gains at that dose over only 8 weeks. I have run it 10 weeks @ 50 mgs seeing some strength gains with no obvious sides except for higher BP. The lean gains are overrated, at least for me they were...
^^^ agree with API! I too did 40 mgs ed and had the same sides as API mentioned plus lipids were shot. I did noticed good strength and some leaning effect, but like API noted probably over rated.

Not really TRT.....and cycle with just anavar on top of TRT seems like be a waste of money, especially at 25mg.
If you want to lean out for summer make sure your eating/exercise is right. If you want to add something on top, at least make it worthwhile for results. ex. 8 weeks of prop, but summer still is awhile away so longer ester and 10-12 weeker should be fine at 500.
25mg var is too low. Depends on the quality though...but I'd say 50+ min per day. But start off lower and work up. But I'm kind of off TRT discussion now.
