Now as I have said I try to read a lot of threads and stickys on this forum and on the Internet and that prevents me from a lot of questions believe it or not . But by reading this also causes me to have to ask question. I have read on this forum that some over the counter supplements are more harmful than Anabolc Steroids. The reason for my concern is my 18 and 21 year old sons are all natural and anti steroids ? (STRANGE BUT A BLESSSING) They take these and swear by them does anyone have any experience with these 2 supplements or do any experts have opinions of / on these 2 supplements. I see changes in my sons and they are not taking creatiene. They are getting ripped and putting on mass due to high metabolisim, they can eat anything that doesn't eat them 1st ! Lucky dogs they eat 24/7 and eat anything and they get bigger and they get ripped that I am proud of !

Please offer Positive or Negative knowledge of these products !

Honestly, forums are a business. Look to see if these forums have financial ties to the stuff they are pitching.

Of course, you put enough people on these drugs and someone will swear by it and it will appear to be great.

I'm pretty down on supplements (in general, but especially ones that promise youth, vitality, performance increase etc), but that's only from years of experience in both health and an interest in supplements, and looking beyond the musclemags.
