    Updated BW

    Test is 927
    Free 18 (8.7 -25)
    Estradiol 18 (3-70)

I am feeling better since about 5 weeks ago my estradiol was 4!

So I have gone off the AI and raised my test to 140/wk (70 Tues and Friday sub q) Also do 250 IU HCG day prior to both test injections.

Now I lowered my dose to 120/wk (60 twice a week).

I raised it to 140 from 100 bc my estradiol was so low and that seems to have done the trick. But my question is what can I do now to make sure I keep my estradiol around this range, maybe a little higher. Should I stay with the 120/wk for another month and retest my estradiol to see how high that takes it?

I want to avoid using an AI ever again but have on hand just in case.

Also, I dont feel as good as I thought I would so is there any other tests I should take a look at?

Yes, I would stay at a stable dose and retest in a month.

If I had two results 4 weeks apart and they were the same I would feel good about that. It's pretty reasonable to think you could afford to lower the T dose even more if need be. If you are 927 the day before/of a shot then you are no doubt supraphysiological a day or two or more after a shot.

On the finding a TRT physician sticky, there's a whole myriad of labs that you can research. Everyone puts way too much emphasis on thinking testosterone is the primary component to your well being. It's important, and definitely a major variable, but a litany of others (thyroid labs, cortisol, D-3, B12, CBC's, metabolic, ... the list goes on) can play havoc on you if they're not balanced.

Also, IMO, you might see better results if you let your E2 go up even a little more. Everyone is different, but for me personally, I'm at my best in the low 30's. There's also a great sticky on E2 in this forum, which points out the hits and misses with both high and low E2 levels.

Thanks guys. I dropped my dose to 120/wk split twice and will do labs in about 5 weeks. I am hoping to get the Estradiol up a little more and then hopefully keep it there by lowering dose again to 100/wk perhaps.

I have also ordered metabolic, Thyroid including reverse T3, cortisol, CBC along with the usual free/total and estradiol.

    Will post updated bloodwork.
