Has anyone ever used DIM with any success in lowering your estrogen?
There is quite a bit to read on this here... run a search. The short answer is, yes.
I've used DIM to lower estrogen while running natural test boosters such as DAA and nettle root but I'm not sure how effective it would be while on exogenous test.
