Alright I am still learning all this trt stuff. Regarding the mentioned above site I had a question. I have read that from this forum that taking 5mg of cialis twice a day is good to keeping the "wood" in woodie when you E2 levels are low. I am on 150mg test cyp every 10 days, no AI, no HCG . My E2 came back at 12 on scale of 3-70. Labs drawn just before my shot so my levels would be low on the roller coaster (whole separate issue I have with Dr.) Having some symptoms like the "soft" wood and not "hard" wood but nevertheless wood. How do you take this liquid form? With a syringe (without needle) and draw out the ml and put under tongue and hold, or just swallow (not trying to be nasty)? Also, how does the liquid stack up with the tablets are far as absorption rates and dosages? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance

How much of the AI are you taking as you E2 serum level is low and will cause your ED issues as well as lack of libido.

not on AI. Current Dr is afraid of HCG and long term use of AI. With my total test count of 386 (up from 288) and 10.2 Free % ( up from 8.2--numbers that match my BW when I was 42 with no test boosters of any kind on board) BW was done 6 wks in TRT with protocol of 200mg cyp IM every 10 days. This set of BW was down in office just before shot of new dose of 150mg (c/o sore nipples, semi wood, balls sore, but improving energy and strength.) E2 sensitive was 12 (begged to get this test done) Interviewing new drs. now

That every 10 day thing will put you on a bit of a high and low with the test level most of us do a small dose 2x a week for stability. 386 is still at the low end. Why wont the Dr. let you self administer?

Agree find a new Dr. or look at the LowTestoserone.com website to see if that works for you.

I have been reading up alot for awhile on this site and believe me brother I have talked to him about all things (half live, HCG, AI, E2 testing, IM/SQ, twice pinning a week,self pinning,roller coastering, etc etc) Dr is hung up about me abusing this. Its really crazy. The Low t site is interesting and promising. Although I have 2 kids in college paying alot of their dime so trying to budget the extra "me" money. The site is promising and competitive priced as far as I can tell.

The every 10 day injection protocol is wreaking havoc on you and getting tested just before your next injection will see your serum levels well past the half life of the drug...in other words low!

Did you get an E2 sensitive assay done?

My guess is your E2 dominate right now do to the injection protocol as your symptoms present.

Yes and it was 12 on a scale from 3-70. I been looking around for info on LOW E2 on the site and I see alot on HIGH E2. Again, I am not on ANY AI.

Take care of the e2, but in the meantime...draw up the liquid cialis with the oral syringe thats provided. .08=2.5 mg. .16=5mg. Shoot it in some water or whatever and drink.

Maybe the low e2 (without AI and without HCG) is causing my joint pains that I thought I would be relieving since starting TRT 8 weeks ago.

Add soy and flax seed to your supplements as both are estrogen mimics and will help to get E2 up.

My joints ached like a mother when my estradiol was that low. Semi wood and could rarely finish as well.

What did you do? Did or were you on HCG? Thought I read something somewhere about increasing DHT

Test cream and hcg. I quit it and tried a 6 week clomid 25 mg eod. Waiting on blood results now, should be in tomorrow. I'm betting my estradiol comes back higher from the clomid, not sure how much it raised test though. It also threw my progesterone out of whack ad my sleep is awful. Sleep was great for first 42 days then all of a sudden up at 3:00 am and cant go back to sleep. Had this before and adding progesterone cured the sleep problems but my doc said clomid might increase test but then also screw up progesterone. Well it did and now adding back progesterone does nothing.
