Has my endo lost it?

My endo started me on fortesta 2% testosterone gel 2 pumps a day. My t went from mid 200s to 400. My insurance then said they would not conver Fortesta and that i would need to switch to androgel 1.62. So my doctor started me on 3 pumps of androgel 1.62 and 3 weeks later she called and said to use 4 pumps, this is whitout any blood tests between the 3 or 4 pump switch. Isnt this dangerous considering e2 might be mid-high with 3 pumps and high with 4 pumps?

Elevated E2 is rarely an issue with those on daily low dose transdermals...that's as long as you didn't have elevated E2 levels pre TRT protocol.
