TRT success story

I have posted many threads on this forum as I had very low testosterone readings at the age of 20 years old and was lost for help. I tried to change my diet and training as I thought this would recover test levels from strict dieting. This did not help. I could not get an erection, no libido, and mild depression. I had never taken any steroids of any kind.
Through this forum I learnt I was not alone. I saw three different specialists who said that TRT was not recommended for someone of my age.
My test level was 4nmol/L. Normal range being 20-30nmol/L. I wanted to make sure that my test levels were low as I didnt want to start TRT from only one test. I had 15 separate blood tests over a 6 month period and all remained very low testosterone . I had a scan for a pituitary tumour which came back clear. It was then found that I have secondary hypogonadism.
I was finally placed on Reandron 1000 after trying every other option. This initially helped with mood but had no effect on libido and erections as the injections were 6 - 10 weeks apart.
After 4 months on Reandron 1000, I was feeling awful again.
I then tried Testogel 1 sachet per day.
This worked for 1 week, then crashed very hard and was worse than not being on test at all.
I tried to come off TRT completely as I thought it could not help me. This lasted 2 months and then once again gave in to the pain.
Finally after seeking guidance through this page, I REQUESTED to be placed on Primoteston depot injection 150mg per week split into 2 doses with .5mg of Arimidex . I use 27g needles that I BARELY feel going in.
IT WORKED.
Have been on this dose for 6 months now. I feel amazing. I have erections every day, my test levels are in perfect range (27nmol/L and oestrogen is in check. I have a steady girlfriend who I love dearly and my libido and mood are enhanced by 1000%.
My life was shit for nearly 2 years of feeling down and no doctor wanted to help me. 5 doctors turned me away as they had never heard of TRT. I didnt give up, and met some great people online who changed my life.
I will be forever grateful. I have full blood work which i can share if requested. Just wanted to share my story and how my life is now beautiful and I can appreciate every day.

What were your bloodwork on Reandron 1000? If so, any thoughts why it was not working for you? Unstable levels maybe and E2 spikes shortly after each injection?

I`m using Nebido, which I think is the same thing. Bloodwork showed good testosterone levels from the start, but I continued feeling like shit. After several months my mood, fatigue, brain fog disappeared and today, 9 weeks after my last Nebido I actually feel pretty good. But my libido and erections are still very hit and miss, mostly miss.

I have decided to quit using Nebido every 6-8 weeks and start injecting it twice per week, most probably SubQ. I hope it works. I could get enanthate possibly, but Nebido is official protocol, so definitely the easiest solution. I'm starting this Monday. Are you injecting SubQ or IM?

Any pointers to help a guy in a similar situation would be fantastic!

factor was not determined. They could not pin point what clearly caused permanent low T.

I use 27g into vastus lateralis. So sub q. However, my body fat is fairly low (under 10%) so i think it may even enter the muscle tissue. Regardless, my levels are good and I feel amazing. Can hardly feel the 27g as well. Way better than the 23g and a whole world better than Reandron and Testogel

My blood work peaked at 26nmol/L which is high normal. However injections were 10-12 weeks apart meaning it went WAY down before the next one. Poor libido and mood on Reandron which is similar to Neibido.
I use 75mg of Primoteston 2 times per week using 27g needles. I take .5mg of AI also, as my E2 was high without it. (By the way i asked for all these adjustments as my doc didnt recommend nor like prescribing them. My chemist has a hard time selling as well. They just think I am a steroid junky.
The 27g are sub q. No soreness ever. I have erections every morning without fail. My mood is amazing and I never get sick anyone. I inject on the sunday and wednesday.

The half life of Nebido (testosterone undecanoate) is too long in my opinion. 52 days or something like that. I had poor libido and mood although my levels were in the high range. Maybe from E2. The ester bond makes the testosterone last so long in your system. Switch to a testosterone E or C. (my experience).
I receive 3 1ml/250mg syringes of Primoteston (enanthate ). What I do, is inject all 3 syringes into a 10ml vial. Then, I use a 21g needle to draw up .3ml of Primoteston into a 1ml/cc syringe and connect a 27g pin. I then repeat the process. Therefore, I make 10 syringes which will last me 5 weeks. Takes 5 mins tops. I then inject .3ml every sunday and wednesday, as well as take .5mg of AI on the sunday. Injection doesnt hurt and takes 1 minute. I dont even think about TRT anymore. Erections every morning and can have sex as much as I desire. Mood is 100% as if life. My levels are high/normal.
I did not get these results on Testosterone undecanoate or testogel. Only this.
My gym also significantly improved, until I injured my shoulder (recovering from surgery as we speak).

So you're only taking 0,5 mg AI once per week and that gives you stable levels?

Any reason you're not using HCG ?
