    Looking for a little more..

    Hi all,

    Here's a little about me:

    If you THINK you have low testosterone then there is only one answer. Go to a doctor, Endocrinologist or Urologist and get a full hormone panel done to find out if you do and why.

    Besides that you need to visit the diet section and learn learn how eat. You should be up around 190 lbs. Eating the right foods and proper training will also help raise your test levels.
