New issues, feeling crappy

Current protocol: 200mg of test a week, 12.5mg of aromasin a week (24 hours after test shot)

Been on TRT since 2009. Since around last summer I haven't felt right and it's progressively gotten worse. Through my research, the symptoms very closely match those of adrenal fatigue. Also on my last BW, my Neutrophils came back high.

Also, I'm going to add HCG back into the mix as I've located a much more reasonable price.

I need to do a cortisol test, but it will have to be out of pocket, so if anyone can recommend an at home test, that would be great. Any other recommendations of what to test? Vitamin D?

What is your Test and E2 levels running 200mg a week. That is on the high side. Once I dropped mine down to 150mg or less I feel better. It's still a work in progress but I believe in the saying more is not better.

This is where it gets weird. I'm going to post numbers from two different BWs. Both are a year apart (I currently test once a year).

08/2011

TT - 942 (249-836)
Free T - 27.3 (9.3-26.5)
E2 - 28.7 (7.6-42.6)

During this BW and before, I was running 12.5mg of aromasin 2x a week.

08/2012

TT - 750 (348-1197)
Free T - 20.2 (8.7-25.1)
E2 - 5.5 (7.6-42.6)

After this BW, I dropped to 12.5mg of aromasin once a week.

Now, between these two BW, I ran a blast of NPP and Mast @ 80mg EOD for 7 weeks (plus bumped up the test a little). I'm guessing the Mast dropped my E2 so much. That was just for 7 weeks and the rest of the time I maintained my protocol of 200mg a week.

It would probably be good to get tested again to see where your E2 is at now because low or high E2 can make you feel like crap also.

What are your symptoms specifically?

There are a variety of tests you could run to help figure things out, but it will obviously cost more.

The answer to solving most, however, is to eat nutritious food and avoid modern food as well as live an active lifestyle.

You could test vitamin D, but if you don't take it nor get a lot of direct sunlight, you might just be ok to take vitamin D supplements because you're probably low.

What concerns me most is the fact that you're probably living most of your time at supraphysiologic testosterone levels in addition to having blood work showing your estradiol is unhealthy low.

I would talk to my doctor before I made any such changes of course.

Yeah, I figured I'd have to test again. I might look into a basic at home estrogen test kit because I don't have insurance (which is why I only test annually). Thanks man.

Symptoms are mostly tiredness. I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I wake up every couple hours. Very restless. I usually get fed up with tossing and waking up so I usually only get around 5-6 hours.

I also feel a bit weaker and sluggish (which could very well be due to sleep patterns).

My diet is very clean. Several years ago I gradually started eating all natural and organic food. I also began to juice which is great. Plenty of fruits and veggies. It's definitely the one element oft lifestyle that's usually spot on with few problems.

Could having high levels of neutrophils contribute to feeling like crap?

Also, anyone know any good home test kits for estrogen?

Sounds like thyroid to me. I'd get full thyroid panels run.

I've never had any thyroid issues come up on BE in the past. They only test TSH, T4, T3 uptake, free thyroxine index, and triiodothyronine, free, serum. Not sure if there is more.

Plus, an interesting note. I usually wear my hair short so this is new, because I have longer hair now and seem to be loosing a lot in the shower. I had long hair about 7 years ago and never experienced any kind of loss like this.
