Whats your best natural prostate care?

Any legitimate remedies back up with studies etc

Ive tried a few and like to keep my prostate as healthy as possible, what do you use

I may b wrong on this, and I should probably do some digging, but I thought prostate inflammation was due to poor estrogen control.
