Clomid is no longer working!?!? For trt

I had another blood test done last Tuesday. The blood draw was done before 9am. I got the results yesterday and my new total testosterone level is at 345. I haven't changed or missed a dose of clomid. I don't understand what is going on. My last blood test was done in mid December and my total test level was at 650. I posted a thread talking about my previous test results.

Anyone have an idea on what's going on?

Can you post up full BW?

Did SHBG go down? This could explain it. Clomid generally raises SHBG & Total T rises due to insufficient amounts of free T, so if SHBG went down Total T could go down to maintain Free T. It also looks like SHBG makes testosterone slower to metabolize thus leaving more in the blood as total.

If LH did not go down I would assume that the clomid is still working.

That's the thing is this (particular) dr. Just checked total-t, prolactin, and a thyroid panel. He didn't check fsh & lh. I'm being referred to an endo.

Maybe it's just time to switch to actual TRT?

I'm fine with going on trt. I just don't like the protocol my pcp follows. They want me to go in for a shot every three weeks. I want to self administer every two weeks.

I've got some 5mg dbol tabs. I have never taken any of them. I think I'm gonna try them out to see how I feel until my dr. Starts giving me the shots.

That's quite a variable to introduce... not a good idea at all IMO if your goal is to improve long term well being.

I'm really desperate at this point.

You don't want to take anything before the endo appt. The endo will probably want a full workup of tests, and if you come back anything but out of range low, he won't give you anything.

I just don't understand how one month my t-levels are high at 650 and then two months later they are cut in nearly half. I'm taking 25mg of clomid eod. I have never missed a dose. I haven't done anything "pharmacologically" different. I still workout hitting the weights 4 times a week and doing cardio 3-5 times a week. I'm eating cleaner than I ever have in my life! I just don't understand.
I'm going to stop taking the two drugs (synthroid & clomid) I'm on currently prescribed two weeks before going to the endo. That way we can start from the beginning.
