    Question To gain muscle on TRT

    I am presently on 110mg's of test each week. I was gaining nice muscle but gains have stopped. I know I may be reaching my potential but want to keep at it to make sure. I see many on 200mg's a week. Is more better? I thought I remember reading there is a point of diminishing returns. Where is that? I am cruising but plan on "blasting" late Spring for 6 weeks at 400mg's a week. So slow and steady 100mg and then blast or 200mg and then blast?

    For what its worth brother, I went from 200mg per week DOWN to 150mg per week and have noticed good strength and muscle. Currently doing 5/3/1 workout with Crossfit on off days. Personally I would check my free % T levels before increasing my dosages. From what I have gathered in these mods is that it is better to have a higher ratio of free %T to total T than just have a high T count. You gotta be using up correctly with what you have.

    Read up on HCG. If not currently doing HCG, you might consider it. I have considered a blast later in year after I get all my numbers in place but then if I keep progressing at lower numbers one might ask why? After all its more economical and probably more healthier I suppose. With kids in college and me paying the bills I like to stretch my dollar if I could. Good luck brother

    You can see my pic, so obviously I'm no expert.
    Anyway, before starting trt, my T level was low 200's. I made good gains in my little garage set-up. Since starting trt, I've lost a lot of bodyfat. Gains are steadily increasing AT THE SAME LEVEL AS THEY WERE PRIOR TO TRT. Diet and type of workout are king...not the amount of T a person injects...unless we're talking a cycle. But even then, nutrition is king.

    Eat 500 calories above maintenance and you should make gains.

    Fireeater-my doc is working on the Hcg script and dosage as we speak. Acts like he knows proper dosages,hope he does or I'll have to figure it out myself.

    I hear ya on over eating I just finished up 400 calories over maintence for 12 weeks. I could easily do 2000 cal over maintenence. I put on about 15 lbs with some bf loss actually. I like not stuffing myself too.

    More isn't always better. I've come down from 200 a week to 140 and feel better (probably because of less aromatization).
