Not sure other than stop taking an AI. If its still low after that, maybe injecting only once a week will allow more aromatization (if that's what's needed).

I feel ya man. I'm just now bouncing back from low E. It was terrible. Much worse than when my estrogen has been higher.

Is fear an assumption and just speculation, or do you have a definitive E2 sensitive score to work with?

Most certainly need to get panels done. Assuming your levels are low isn't really a cause to attempt self-treatment. Bloodwork tells all.

My protocol is just 5,gram packs of andro gel. I got an AI exestumane or whatever the generic name is. But i have every symptom described in the estrogen sticky. The anxiety and joint pain and dead tired is awful. I still have erections tho, and a libido too. I wont bother you guys again until i get my bloodtest

Ya the obvious would be to stop taking an AI if i was using one. But im not. I said i have some. My protocol. Is only one 5 gram packet of androgel. Seems my estrogen is low my last 2 bloodtests naturally

Yeah that may have caused hormone fluctuations. It's always best to keep dosing and frequency consistent.

I would take the ai i got but if its too low it would be pointless
