To Start w Injectable and Drop Off at end

Hello all,
I am a new member. I had these tests done at kaiser. I have seen an outside urologist. and he says we can try injectable testosterone or axiron (underarm testosterone). I was told that injectable has a deep drop off at the end. I am worried that this means that toward the end I will feel very angry or very depressed or something.
Questions:
1. can you help explain this dropoff?
2. is it better to start with injectable or axiron?

I don't know what your doc meant by drop off, maybe someone else will comment...once you get through the first 4 to 6 weeks adjustment period and get dialed in I think injections are the way to go.
