If you saw these labs, what kind of conclusions would you make?

Without much context, I'm just curious what kinds of thoughts you would have looking at these basic labs. Free/total test is at the bottom of each one. I'm 27 year old male who eats healthy in quality and quantity, takes a multivitamin, fish oil and exercises regularly. Image attached.

EDIT: Uhhh... I'm not sure what happened to that attachment. It seems to have been resized to the point that it isn't read-able. I'm too fresh to post a URL apparently but: imgur_DOT_com/R9p2apT

It looks kind your likely dehydrated right now. That's why your BUN is elevated and there's a bump in your creatinine. Also the dehydration may be artificially elevating your bilirubin. Get hydrated and have blood work rechecked.

Also why no vitamin d level in any of your labs. Also are you on TRT? If so there should be a few other things getting checked as well.

When a guy's T is within range alot of docs will say he's fine and often the insurance won't pay for any treatment but when a guy is in the lower part of the ranges and has symptoms....well then it gets tougher because it's not clear cut....but I think that some times it can still be the low T causing the problems and sometimes it could be thyroid issues.....really need a "really" good doc for people like this or they just continue to suffer.

I'm curious to see what people would say about them without any context. I figure it might give me some kind of preview of what a doctor would say or think if he looked at them after meeting with me but dismissed any symptoms I bring up.

These labs were done first thing in the morning after fasting overnight and taking nothing in the morning of. I've been regularly drinking anywhere from ¾-1 gallon of just water, on top of other liquids, every day, for a few years now.

Not on TRT. Trying really really hard to research doctors in my area and learn as much as I can about TRT for a few months now.

I know I need at a minimum a few more things checked like estradiol, pregnenolone, SHBG, etc.

As far as I've ever known, fasting blood work does not mean no water. Rather our means only water.

Your test level seems low for your age and if you don't have any symptoms. If you have symptoms consistent with low T then that's a different story.

Regarding your thyroid, there are s lot of ppl here that like to see a TSH close to 1. But in the absence of symptoms, I'd say your TSH value is fine.

I feel that I have many of the classic symptoms but I wanted to see what kind of reaction my labs get from some of the knowledgeable members here without mentioning that fact right in the beginning. The way I figured in my head, if a bunch of people reply with "they look fine" then the chances of getting laughed out of the office of a legitimate doctor are high. I don't want to deal with some doctor to just write prescriptions. I want real treatment. I started thinking about my hormone levels about a year ago, around the time I had my test levels checked the second time, and since then I've tried to learn as much as possible about the whole issue, treatment options, what the HTPA axis is, what shuts it down in different ways, what an AI does, what a SERM does, what hCG does, what LH is, etc.

I'm currently waiting to get more info from the LowTestosterone.com that has a sticky on this board. I've tried sending messages to users about local doctors on other forums I visit with related trt discussion but NO ONE EVER gets back to me. I have not the slightest idea why. We are talking about medical treatment not some shady steroid sources. Either way, I'm still hesitant to start really pursuing treatment. I've come across so many horror stories. What if my symptoms are not related to low T although they seem to fit with everything discussed about them? What if trying treatment doesn't address my symptoms but causes permanent damage? What if I get stuck with a shitty doctor for years and get shitty treatment? Am I one of those people that can just come back from a shutdown?

See the edit right below the attached un-readable image. Replace the _DOT_ to get a working link to my labs on imgur. I think the attachment system on this site has a size limit in terms of image size/resolution not so much file size.

i can relate man. i have a choice between two doctors right now one seems to be an anti aging doc who im sure would prescribe t, while another seems to be more traditional. I'm kind of nervous about starting t, so im going to goto the more traditional one, despite always saying iwanted a more open doctor. I just don't want to be shut down, and im not 100 percent sure my issues are from low t.

If you do start TRT, just be sure to store some sperm before starting. Bc you never know how long it will take to become fertile again (assuming you are part of the majority that become infertile with TRT).

A traditional doctor would probably say nothing, and is only concerned with things that are out of range. Some of them do not even look at actual results until they see it flagged as high/low.

What I see is that your liver seems to be taxed quite a bit, and has been for some time going by the first set of labs.

Also, I notice that your testosterone has been improving over the years. It's still not high, but it has gotten considerably better.

There are a lot of other labs I would rather see though...

Your testosterone isn't THAT bad... it's like double mine before treatment. Even so, I have learned, as you have read, that TRT is not the holy grail. Maybe for a few it is. But the more I learn, the more I realize that testosterone is very important, but there are other things that can improve one's life as well.

I would start with basics like nutrition... no processed carbs probably helps a lot of the population right there. But its too hard for most people to do, and then there are a lot of people who just don't know how to eat nutritious.
