Normal test levels - low test levels

Today, I got my old test results taken in November from my old doctor so I can show them to my new doctor,

Results contain 7 pages listed below
1. Glucose
2. Cumulative Thyroid function
3. LIPIDS
4. Cumulative lever function
5. Cumulative Electrolytes
6. Routine hematology
7. Androgens

Which one i can post here to get advice? The only report which shows the testosterone levels is the last one.

My test levels are 23.3, seems to be very good to me?? Then what the fock is wrong with me? Why i have almost all the symptoms of low test including erectile dysfunction?

May be its high estrogen? Should I just run AI for the time I am waiting for urologist appointment next month? Any harm doing that?

Erectile dysfinction can come from many things not just low testosterone. From your other posts it seems that you are very depressed which can easily cause ed, as well as many other low testosterone symptoms. Your estrogen shouldn't randomly be high if you aren`t taking anything, but post all of your blood work so the knowledgeable members can chime in. And as much as it sucks to hear, i wouldnt start adding anything until you visit the urologist, especially when you don't even know what your problem is.

Just curious, what country are you from? This blood work was not done in the US.

Ask your urologist to do a complete hormone panel and take it from there.

Do you get erections when u sleep or upon wakening? What about if you take cialis, viagra, or levitra? Have you tried pt-141? I'm trying to distinguish if the cause of your ED is vascular, neurologic, or psychogenic.

With so many threads started, each containing important info about you, it is not realistic to expect them to read each thread in order to keep up to speed on what's happening with you. Erectile dysfunction / Low testosterone is destroying my life, i don't even know if this is just ED or low test as well. I got to the point where I m getting depressed.

1. Low libido
2. Can't maintain erection (some times not even for two mins).
3. Lake of motivation
4. Low energy
5. Difficult to maintain muscle strength
6. Moody

I can not keep my erection for more then 2 mins sometimes which is now getting bad. Took doctors help.

Doctor 1: gave me viag-ra 50mg, worked for me for one month then in the middle of sexual activity it stopped, he increased the dose to 100mg, worked again and made me the happiest person in the world but after a month viag-ra stopped working completely. Doc gave me levitra, Starting from 10mg and ended up to 20mg, did not work at all. Not even any side effect, it was like taking or not taking, same. Then my doc gave me 20mg CIALIS. Worked, made me happy again. Two months later, stopped working. Cialis stopped working too. I tried viag-ra again after months of gap but nothing, I myself without the advise of doctor increased viag-ra's dose, double, 200mg. Still did not work, no results.

Before giving cialis 2 months ago doctor did my BW, all good, no blood pressure, cholesterol or any other issue. Test level was 23 (L10, H35), which was in the middle of normal , I guess. I am 31 years old.

After when all these tabs stopped working for me, my doc sent me to another doc by saying that he does not know what the issue is.

Doctor 2: I had one session with him and came to the conclusion that I got mental issue, well alright, sent me to psychiatrist.

Doctor 3: psychiatric: i consider him a doctor as i spent heaps lots of money on those sessions, three sessions there, waste of money as it is not mental issue. Why would that be a mental issue. I m very happy with my partner and my sex have been awesome two years ago. After these sessions Doctor 2 referred me to another doctor.

Doctor 4: going to him on Monday, but frankly I just don't wanna, what is he going to do? Same dramas and I will end up alone in my life.

I thought I should use IPT, I got some but just thinking, I thought I should start my own treatment of TRT by getting some test e or c, also thought about using trimix or bimix. I m so depressed at the moment and thought I should post here, may be get some good ideas...


P.S.
I do not smoke, I do not drink, I do gym and boxing, which kept me healthy. I have been the happiest person when it comes to s-e-x, i remember those days when i was jumping on my Ex twice a day, still had high libido, just 2 years ago, but now I think I am the most sad man on earth now a days.

This is very embarrassing what I m going to post.

I watched porn, it's stays up for 2 mins and then goes down, can't keep it up.

Just to add, I also tried to masterbate on porn and things i like, but same thing, if I stop my hand movement the erection goes away but if i dont stop my hand movement I ejucate in almost 15 secs while even erection is not hard enough for ejuucation,

Also may be I should add this, whenever I ejucate there is a lot of cum, If I have sex 10 mins ago and then sex again, almost the same amount of cum comes out with same sex drive , where it should be less cum and long sex drive.

Also my cum is pure white, means very health? I guess.

Ali, I really want to help but I just want to point out that I am hardly an expert on ED.

After reading your posts I now remember reading some of your other threads. It sounds like your problem is psychogenic. It's possible that when it started it wasn't necessarily psych related, but it appears that you've developed classic symptoms of depression. Unfortunately, the symptoms of depression are often vague and non-specific. With that being said I'd like to see if pt-141 works for you.

As far as the PDE-5 inhibitors (cialis, viagra, and levitra), I've seen many patients who report similar events of decreased efficacy with continued use. Tolerance is not supposed to happen, it's not in the literature that I've read, and I haven't seen this in studies. It's just something that I've heard from many patients and other docs. Have you tried any of those meds again after not taking any of them for lets say one month? It's worth trying and seeing what happens. Often this helps to improve efficacy in ppl who report what appears to be the development of tolerance.

It sounds like you would benefit from antidepressant medication. Just hear me out. SSRIs are commonly used in very low doses for premature ejaculation. The standard dosing of these same meds often cause decreased libido. Bupropion (XL formulation preferably) is often used to combat the sexual side effects of SSRIs. Additionally, it tends to work within a week rather than SSRIs which often take 4-8 weeks to work. I think the combo therapy might be an ideal option for you and is something worth exploring under the supervision of a doctor.

Please keep us posted on what happens with your next doctor visit.

Also I agree with kel, new blood work that includes a full hormone panel would be very helpful. The labs you've posted seem normal. Were you fasting? How old are you? What time of day was it taken? Test levels tend to peak in the morning and as I'm sure you're aware are higher in your teens and early 20's.

Yes, I was fasting and it was taken at 9 o'clock in morning. I will be 31 in September.

Regarding the other issue, I went to psychiatrist, she did help me but the she came with conclusion that I might need TRT.

I want to post something really stupid here again,
The first time when I noticed this was with a random girl (it was just one night stand), I failed, we both were fine with it as I thought because I m so tired and not comfortable with her that's why it didn't happen, although I had very successful one night stands in the past and this never happened. Well I completely ignored it. We met again, we had a successful sex. All good (an year ago). 3rd time, didn't work again, 4 time failed again, 5th time failed. Frankly there was no pressure as we were just have sex and nothing more, my failing didn't impact anything. I still ignored the issue as I thought May be i don't feel any attraction to her although she was a pretty girl but actually my libido was low and I thought I am not attractive to her, well, one night I was chatting to a girl on SMS (I met few weeks ago)., in short we met at that night and start sex in my car, failed !!! Still I ignored it, I thought it might be the car, as I am not in comfortable position here. Again I ignored it, no pressure nothing at all. She wanted me after but I wasn't interested!!! (Very low libido, at that time it started I guess, cuz having sex was being like AN AFFORT to me, sad hey). Still didn't care as I did not know, I had an awesome sex life in past and I was confident. Then I met a girl of my dreams, I got into a relationship. My ratio was , failed, failed, failed, good, ok, failed, good, ok, bad, failed. At that time I started thinking about it and went to doctor. Rest of my story is up there.

Ok there is one more i need to tell you, please don't take me wrong and I do not encourage this. After this I seriously started thinking about it and I started doing some experiments myself. I thought may be I am not attractive to my girl (can't be the case as I love her but as I have been a sex goddess in past I couldn't believe that I got sexual issue). I thought may be testing to have sex with someone else might prove my point right/wrong. I thought about cheating part and came to conclusion that I should try another girl just to test, without cheating. How was that possible, look I love my girl till the death and I only wanted to test my situation. I hired a call girl. Complete stranger, no pressure at all, if I fail who cares as she is the one I might not see in my life again. I FAILED, after couple of weeks I tried again with different girl, 15 secs erection and I ejucated. I tried again the last time with another working girl and asked her to be like my SEXUAL FANTASY. Again 15 secs erection. Well that was it. I went to doctor and got help with viagra. Rest of story up there.

I am completely ashamed of what I wrote up there, this was the stupidest thing I ever did. I was just trying things and trying to know the cause of the issue.

After all this I am pretty sure this is not mental.
