Vitamin D - Why is it important
I've read on many posts of people who take Vitamin D. My question is this: Why is it of particular importance for men on TRT? And why is it so important to supplement in general? I guess I'm asking for a primer on Vitamin D from the people who believe it's important and what it has done for them.

There's a big thread on this actually... there are a couple but definitely run a search on this forum because the literature supports robust levels of vitamin D.

Vitamin D in a hormone and is in literally every cell in your body. I surely don't want to be deficient in it. Probably the most important vitamin you can take. This will keep you busy. Read up:
