TRT along with HCG and AI.....SO CONFUSED
OK, I am thoroughly confused.... I am 34, 5' 9" and 270 lbs and cannot lose the weight. Dr test results were neg on thyroid issues or diabetes or anything except low T.. She said I am 3/100 below average, whatever that means and she put me on 100mg Test Cy weekly. She also prescribed Adipex for weight loss. Well I don't eat alot so I don't know why she gave it to me since Adipex is an appetite suppressant. Well one month in and 0 weight loss. I go to gym 4-5 times a day for approx 2 hrs each time, and I eat healthy. Maybe not 6-7 meals but 2-3 good size ones w/ healthy snacks throughout day. Well I am researching Test and since my wife wants kids I am thinking about HCG and so I ordered some (still in mail) and I am thinking about an AI since I already seem to either have gyno or just fatty chest due to overweight (no tenderness or lump behind nipples),.... I called an online comp,. "kingston Medical" and here's what they suggest....
TESTOSTERONE PROGRAMS
10 week program $1,105.00
20 week program $1,665.00

Protocol: Take 1 capsule By Mouth Twice Weekly Day 1 and Day 2 After Testosterone injection
.HCG (1) 11,000 unit vial
Protocol: One injection of 500 units (25 U on Insulin Syringe) Twice Weekly Sub Q
.MIC Complex 0.5 cc - (1) 30 ml vial
Protocol: One Injection of 0.5 ml Twice Weekly Sub Q
Post Treatment Starts 2 weeks after your last testosterone injection
.HCG (1) 11,000 unit vial
Protocol: One injection of 1,000 units(50 U on Insulin Syringe) Sub Q Daily for 10 days
.Clomiphene Citrate (30) 51mg capsules
Protocol: One capsule by mouth Twice Daily for 15 days
Thing is I heard Arimasin is better AI and I am not sure if at 100mg I will get gyno or high estrogen. I need help bad as I don't wanna put too many things in my body that are useless or unneeded. My goals are simply get down to 220 and lose stomach, waist and chest fat!!!! PLEASE ANY HELP IS BETTER THAN NO HELP!!!!!

Why do they offer you a PCT for Low Testosterone Treatment? That does not make sense. TRT is life-long and if taken on schedule, your quality of life will be extremely elevated. If you are located in the United States, call LowTestosterone.com in the morning. (Thats my company, but it really is the best way to go) $199mo/ for the entire year and if you dont have a location near you, we offer Free Round-Trip Airfare (Included in price)
The protocol you gave sounds decent but unless someone looks at your blood work, there is NO COOKIE CUTTER solution to this treatment. Getting your levels under control is KEY. Also, I did not see you mention blood testing in your examples above, but we are VERY comprehensive and we cover 3 tests the first year and 2 each year after to ensure you are being checked enough for your doctor to provide the best care possible. Those tests are also included in your price. BTW, the initial blood test is FREE so if you do not qualify for our program, so you have nothing to lose.
Either way, I hope you get the help you need. I know how frustrating it can be.

The lady there said that you do the 10 week program then PCT, or do the 20 week program then PCT. Basically she said you stay on the program all the time. At that price it seems too dang high. I was also concerned on the AI she listed as I heard that Arimasin is better during and after each cycle. I added the pics so someone could see if I truly look like I have gyno or just fatty chest. Their program does incl blood worm and the whole thing but at only 3/100 below on testosterone I'm wondering if 100mg/ week will even cause high estrogen or the atrophy everyone seems to get. I wanna lose weight and tone up and I also heard HCG will help with that as well. Something about Adipex seems stupid. Not sure if it's the med or test but I'm moody and stuff often. Thanks for all your help.

Please run away from these guys. Run as fast as you can. This is the place I am currently using until I can get signed up with LowTestosterone.com. I promise you that you will regret every cent you spend with Kingston. I am new, and figured that they were a real clinic, and I would be speaking with a doctor about my symptoms and possible solutions to them. Nothing could be further from reality. I never saw, nor spoke with a doctor. All I got was a salesman.
So far I have spent $1200 with Kingston and recieved no useful information. Just overpriced product and a hard sell to buy HGH at even higher prices.
With LowTestosterone.com, I have spent nothing, but they did set me straight on some of the things that the other place wanted me to do, including the PCT. I would be a custome of theirs right now if not for the computer issues they were having. I am hopefull that they will be straightened out soon and I will be taken care of by them.

Get to a dr. Or an anti aging clinic, there you will spend around $250 every 2 months for your meds and then your initial dr. Appt. the. 6 week follow up, 6 month follow etc. prices vary at anti aging clinics, they usually won't take insurance but you can file a claim and hopefully get a percentage reimbursed by insurance. I pay $175 for office visit plus my blood work. My first visit was $238 and that was for my BW. Try google A4M search engine and find a dr. Locally. An A4M doc SHOULD be up to date and know how to get your hormones functioning properly. Good luck

Just wanted to clarify: Our Chief Clinical Advisor IS A4M certified in anti-aging.
Calling a local specialist or a clinic with a doc who is A4M certified will be a LOT more than $199 a month after you factor in Consultation Fee, Blood Testing, Medication (Most charge you MORE for HCG and Anastrozole), and often these clinics will not allow you to take medication home with you and require you to come in for your weekly injections.

Thanks!
Thanks everyone for the kind words. I will call the person on here who asked me to. Calorie wise on average I don't know. here's a typical days food....
Morning 6-8 gym. 30 min arc trainer, 1 hr weights or so. Not heavy, just high reps to stay a lil stronger
8- protein shake after working out
10- 1 cup oatmeal w/ spenda or sweetener and lil bit margarine. Not a lot.
12 or so I'll have a yogurt and or granola bar. Maybe a turkey sand with light mayo and wheat bread.
2 or so- protein meal replacement shake
4- yogurt or granola bar. or maybe a banana
6 or 7 maybe chicken breast grilled with some celery or brown rice. Sometimes just a bowl of granola type cereal w/ low fat milk.
if hungry later maybe a yogurt. I tend to find small snacks since I travel alot and don't have a huge fridge.
Any suggestions please help!
One quick question....after taking test for 3 weeks now I notice a small leakage of some fluid resembling pre-cum and I don't get it. I'm happily married and don't fool around and it's only after I go pee sometimes. Could be middle of day w/out any arousal. Any idea if this could be test related?

If anyone can explain how their process works when it comes to ins I would appreciate it. I have asked Brian things but I know he is overworked and really don't wanna bother him. I think I have the process wrong. Let's say I get a script from the Dr. and they ship me the med s....I have paid a monthly fee of $199 so that covers the med s right? Brian said since I have ins I can send them their invoice and get reimbursement. That confuses me. I paid $199 to them so why would ins pay me? And at such a low monthly rate why wouldn't the ins pay them back? I understand the flight package and how you pay for that yourself and then once arriving at dr I get a refund mailed to me asap, but to my understanding there isn't any other fees or amounts I pay anyone else except the $199 a month plus a $15 fee for med s if needed. Answers that might help me understand and keep me from bothering him would help

There is NOTHING else needed to pay. I think when Brian was telling you about insurance, he was saying that you can still submit a claim to your insurance company for your medication, blood work, and doctor visit. You will just need to ask your doctor and pharmacy for an invoice when you speak to them. All insurance companies are different, but if you call them, they can tell you what you need.

So I pay the $199 to you and if my insurance covers certain things I get $ back so making alot of this possible to be free.

Hi there, I think you are on the right track joining lowtestosterone.com.
Based on your pics you look much less heavy than 270 lbs for 5'9"!
Also, if I were you I would edit out the pics of your labwork with your name and personal details.
I wanted to mention quickly that you said your results were normal except for Test, but did not show them all, like Thyroid. I had my doctor tell me my thyroid was normal, and did some research on my own and found out my free T3 was absolutely tanked. If you can't lose weight and eat well and go to the gym, it is likely your metabolism is crapped out.

Congratulations on joining LowTestosterone.com. I was able to join yesterday as well. I have completed all to the online paperwork, which was very easy. Now I just have to wait until I get home and have the BW done, and make an appointment with the doctor.
Very excited to get going with what appears to be a fine company. Time will tell.
