Need advice :(
Good morning all. My history 21, never used AAS as of today I'm 194lbs 13% body fat. Could be 12 haven't been calipered this month yet. Supplements: whey, creatine, flax oil, fish oil, BCAAs.
I got my blood work back yesterday
TSH .87
Total 388
Free 80
Bioavailabile 173.3
I know I could go to a local clinic and get a prescription with out a problem. My question is should I? Yes I have every symptom of low T Soft hard ons and all. Might be TMI but even with a cock ring it's like stuffing a wet noodle untill I get going then it's like 60% erection. I don't have that invincible feeling like when I was 18 and I thought that goes away when your like 26? I'm constantly depressed and ALWASE tired. I don't enjoy things like riding my motorcycle or going shooting and going to the gym takes every ounce of energy I have. What should I do? Everything I've read says over the counter stuff dosnt work. Anyone in the military here? I have a class four flight physical will I not be able to fly if I do this?

People work during the day. Patience.
IMHO you need full BW before we can begin to help. Otherwise we are just guessing. An example would be in the Finding a Doc Sticky Thread at the top of the forum. Many things can cause low (er) T levels that are correctable. The last thing you want to do is jump on TRT at your age and further complicate things.

I agree with Kelkel. Have patience and go slow. People here are great and want to help. Think of yourself as lucky. Some people waste years before they admit there is a problem and try to help themselves. You're 21 and have nowhere to go but forward. Things can only get better.
Get you blood work posted and the experts will be coming by to comment in no time.

That T level is workable for sure. I don't intuitively like the idea of putting a 21 year old on TRT as a first line of treatment. Its just not the best first option unless, say, you had no testes or some crazy medical problem. You don't have that though. In fact, you're not even hypogonadal as far as lab numbers are concerned.
But, you are depressed. That will definitely have a negative impact on your testosterone .
How about your nutrition, how is that?
Are you able to get blood work done? What's your budget? What are your goals?
