    Expiration on Bacteriostatic Water

The site where I get my HCG offers expired bacteriostatic water pretty cheap (expired in 11-12). I am just wondering how long after the expiration it will keep its effectiveness.

    It will last forever.

FDA requires an expiration on just about everything but labs can only test for so long.

    Don't worry about it.

The exp. date on mine is oct. '13. I've been using it for several months-kept in fridge. Is it adviseable to just toss it and buy more or is it good for a while longer? It's still clear and there's a lot left. Thanks.

Ha!! Really? I just was thinking exp date meant that it was good til that date, unopened. But, I've used mine several times. But, I guess it's good, opened or not, 'til exp. date....and beyond. Thanks.

Don't worry about it. All of the expired NS and Ringers IV fluid at work I take home. Nothing beats a bad hangover than 2 liters of IV fluid. If it hasn't been unsealed your gtg.

The next best way to PREVENT a bad hangover, besides NOT drinking, is to drink lots of water with your poison. I mean LOTS.

I purchase Hospira Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride Water, and it's half the price of regular Bac water. Search it out.
