Residual gynocomastia from 25 years ago

Back in the mid eightys when I was a competitive bodybuilder. I developed gynocomastia when I quit bodybuilding and quit taking steroids . The gyno stayed around for about twelve years and considered getting it cut out, but just didn't do it. Then it slowly kinda went away on its own but unknown to me, it actuality just got smaller. Now 25 years later on TRT, cleaned up diet and body-fat is getting less, and because of the lower body-fat, I can sorta see it again. Nipples are also a little sore due to the test-cyp, so there may be a combo thing going on. Is there anything I can take that will shrink the gyno like aromasin or like? I would like to go shirtless this summer and not be forced to wear a tank top because I'm embarrassed.
    Thanks!

Nolvadex or Rolaxifene are serms and will help. Sensitive nips are not that uncommon and don't necessarily indicate more issues coming, but you should keep tabs on your E2 with a sensitive assay. No fasting required so get it done and see where you're at.

Now, if it's fibrous there's really not much you can do other than surgery.

This last link is from here and deals with using a serm as well as a topical DHT (Andractim) to hopefully eradicate gyno.

Now, keep in mind if you're on TRT and use an AI that adding a serm to it such as Nolva can reduce the AI's effectiveness by around 25-30% going from memory. So adjustments would have to be made hopefully via BW.

At this point you realy need to consider surgery. Drugs can help momentarily make it appear better, but if there is solid, fibrous gyno tissue then drugs will not get rid of that.

Of course, if all you want is a temporary solution perhaps surgery is not necessary....
