I have been feeling pretty good until about the 5 week mark when I started to feel a bit off again. Started feeling a bit lethargic and libido and erection quality has dropped off a bit.
Probably when your E2 stated to elevated when you started your protocol. Read the sticky on Estradiol and Management. Make sure you really understand it when you speak to your Doctor in the event you get push back. May want to print it out and have it with you if you think it there might be some resistance
Stats:
46 Male
Starting weight 214
Weight 6 week mark 232
BF 20%
The weight increase could be as a result of your elevated E2. Do feel like you are retaining any water?
I have high lighted the flagged results. Besides the high E what other issues should I address with my Dr? Thanks in advance for the feedback.

This is at the top of the reference range and if you're Doc is astute he/she will see this and know that you need to give blood to get this down. Elevated Hematocrit is not uncommon when a man is on a TRT protocol so start giving blood and regularly as well.

Nice! Right at the top of the reference range. You had your draw on Friday, did you inject on the Thursday before? You may have been better off getting your draw on Thursday before your injection Nevertheless, twice weekly injections provide for pretty consistent serum levels so you probably live at the top of the reference range anyway.
Free Testosterone(Direct) 34.4 High pg/mL 6.8-21.5
Elevated but probably more related to your injection the Thursday. It's up there because your SHBG is in a very nice range so your not binding up excessively. 200 mg of Test a week is at the top of the TRT dosage range so you may want to discuss lowering your dosage when you talk to your Doc. Don't make a huge reduction in dosage amounts, work down slowly and allow time for your pathways to adjust accordingly. The HCG is probably adding in natural production as well and another reason for the elevated level. Don't fool with the HCG dosage, just titrate down on your Testosterone dosage till levels come down into the normal healthy ranges.
Hemoglobin A1c
Hemoglobin A1c 5.1 % 4.8-5.6
TSH 1.250 uIU/mL 0.450-4.500
Thyroxine (T4) Free, Direct, ST4,Free(Direct) 1.06 ng/dL 0.82-1.77
Need to see more Thyroid labs to make any assessment but these don't send up any red flags.
LH 0.1 Low mIU/mL 1.7-8.6
FSH 0.2 Low mIU/mL 1.5-12.4
These are tanked because you are HPTA suppressed and it's normal. Read the HCG sticky.
Prostate-Specific Ag, Serum
Prostate Specific Ag, Serum 1.7 ng/mL 0.0-4.0
Fine.
DHEA-Sulfate 209.6 ug/dL 44.3-331.0
Fine. Are you supplementing DHEA?
IGF-1
Insulin-Like Growth Factor I 268 High ng/mL 64-210
Lucky Boy! No HGH for you pal!!!
C-Reactive Protein, Cardiac 1.74 mg/L 0.00-3.00
Estradiol, Sensitive 76 High pg/mL 3-70
Too high, lower your Testosterone dosage as noted and talk about adding in a low dose AI to get this down into the 20's. This will also help increase your Testosterone serum levels meaning that you can reduce your Testosterone dosage levels further based on testing of course.
