    I got my new number

My T number was 161 and I have been taking 1 cc of Cypionate every week. And my new number is 450. And my doctor said he is satisfied with that. Should I be?

Your still low, it falls under normal ranges well low normal depending on your age. U may need to provide evidence to your doc that its still a low reference range. How much is your 1cc ? 100mg/ml a week??? I
Do you feel better?? The question is ARE U satisfied with these results? I assure you, getting your numbers up to 7-800 you would feel much better. I started at 50, I'm at 1148 which is high but falls under normal range for my age so Im happy, feel great And that makes my doc happy.

No, but everybody is different. I was at 770 at 1ml a week. If your feeling better at that point maybe, but I'd go a bit higher. But then again if you do try to get a higher t number, sides may come into play. You on an Ai or hcg? Good luck on your journey.

    What is 1ml?

I assume it's 250mg, but want to be sure for myself and anyone else reading this thread. Thanks.

Also that test was 7 days after my last injection. So I was due one. How much of a difference is that gonna account for?

1 ml is most likely 100mg, but please clarify klesko.

So 200 mg, once a week, and the blood was drawn 7 days after injection, meaning on the next injection day but before injection?

Figured it was more than 100mg. Ive never seen Cypionate dosed at 100mg/ml, actually. Thanks for clarifying.

Test was 7 days after your last injection so the test is at your trough level.

    Couple questions:

How long have you been on this protocol?

Diagnosis that put you on TRT. Don't say low T. What is the root cause?

    Any other medications used?

Now, we'd really need to see full BW with ranges to better assess this. Throwing darts without it. Couple guesses could be that your Estrogen is elevated which in turn raises SHBG causing a double whammy to your T levels. It may be something completely different and not T making you feel poorly. Or your could just be a fast or somewhat hyper-metabolizer meaning the T goes through your system quickly. It MAY be prudent initially to switch to twice a week injections. Meaning split your weekly dose in have and inject every 3-4 days to keep more stable serum levels.

All this takes time to get dialed in and find homeostasis. Answer the questions and we'll try and move foreward.
