testicle pain on HCG monotherapy

Anyone else experience testicle pain while on HCG? Im on 500IU three times a week. Also, has anyone seen this? Penile Growth in Response to Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) Treatment in Patients with Idiopathic Hypogonadotrophic Hypogonadism

Is this true or just wishful dreaming?

If just on hcg, you will most likely feel some action going on in your testicles.
While on hcg monotherapy my testicles would tingle, although it wasn't painful.
As far as the penis growth, unless you never finished puberty I doubt it

I think that's a huge hCG dosage and IM to boot. This also was a study on guys with a micropenis (I didn't know such a term existed), but a 2 cm gain is something to consider. Definitely interesting!

In other news... not saying I'm long dong here, but I clear the averages well in terms of length and can attest that you start to have to be careful on how deep you go. There are women that like the length (my wife included), but punching a woman's cervix is usually not pleasant for them (although lightly touching can be). What you see in porn is a woman getting paid to have this happen... it's typically not what women in real life enjoy. If you are "average" length, then I wouldn't worry about getting longer.

That said, length does provide access to some fun positions

Testosterone is responsible for penis growth (normally during puberty). The patients in that study never really went through puberty, so they can still get some boost later on by stimulating test production. This doesn't apply to those of us who weren't hypogonadal through adolescence, since we already received whatever growth our genetics would allow.
