4 month dial in bloodwork ,part 2
I just recieved my thraugh bw and its actually higher than my peak bw. I am injecting twice a week at .50 ml a pin. I pin on Sunday a.m. and Weds. p.m.. The first peak test was done on Monday morning, showed total test 942 on a scale of 348-1197, e2 sensitive was 43 0n a 3-70 scale . The traugh test was done after the Weds. injection for work schedule reasons, same dosage. It showed 1228 for total test on the same scale and 53 on the same e2 sens. scale. Saturday morning this test was done. Seems strange , I would of thought that with every 3 1/2 day injections they would have been similar. I also want to know if my hemoglobin at 16.2 on a 12.6-17.7 scale and hematocrit at 49.1 on a 37.5-51.0 scale is normal. I gave blood last night to hopefully curb the hematocrit number a bit. My wife says I'm going to have a stroke with numbers like that but she hates everything about my therapy. I guess I need to scale back my injections to somewhere between my low numbers at .25 ml a week and the high .50 ml . I still havent heard from the Doc yet and I need to talk to him about my shrunken testies. What do you guys think about all this ? Thanks

You just need to keep an eye on your ranges. Compare them to pre-TRT levels as well. Hematocrit's edging up but it's a balancing act. Too low can lead to anemia and to high a host of other issues. Lowering your injection amount may be prudent. When it comes to your T levels, your first test was basically one day after injection. Your second test was 2-3 days after injection if I read it correctly. Test will peak in around 48-72 hrs metabolism dependent. You just seemed to hit the second test near your peak level, IMO.
You know you need to be on HCG .

Yeah I do , just waiting to hear from Doc's office . I guess my dose should be in between somewhere, .40 ml instead of .50 ml. A lower dose should also keep hematocrit in check. My wife annoys me with her negativity to all this. That's a whole other issue . Thanks Kel

Ask her if one day her hormones went to shit and she felt horrible would she ignore or treat it? She's a nurse for god's sake if I recall correctly and should know better and be all for this. Alert her to the fact that one day she very well may be on hormone therapy herself if she wants to feel well, be vital and maintain her youthfulness as she ages.
