just curious when the best time to take my ai if I pin on sunday in the am and wed in the pm I use arimidex

Doesn't matter for me. I just take it the same time each day you take it. In the morning.

But if you want to get technical, exogenous testosterone spikes 24 hours after administration. So for me, i dose it the following day when using long esters and pinning twice/wk.

Test Cyp peaks at about 72 hours and an AI like Anastrozole has a half life of about 50 hours so both peak at the same time which is exactly what you want for optimization.

This is the ideal.

Interesting. My experience has been slightly different. Approximately 24 hours following administration of exogenous testosterone i typically experience a notable increase in E2 and occasionally need to increase my AI - i have always thought this to be a spike in testosterone.

it's important to recall that half lives describe populations, not individuals.

always keep this in mind when considering population statistics...
