    BW Tomorrow... fast??

Going to Dr for first set of BW after my first 4 weeks of trt. Should I fast or just keep up with nutrition as usual? He did not specify but I just want to make sure.

Depends on what your panels look like. What are you getting tested?

Be on the safe side and fast. Your doctor should have discussed this with you.

I fast for every test just because I want everytime I get bloodwork to be the same scenario(at least on what I can control). Only half or so my TRT bloods require fasting but as long as you don't feel like death for not eating....fasting isn't a big deal. So I just do it to keep a regular pre-bloodwork regime.

If you're getting your testosterone levels checked, no, you don't need to fast. Synthetic testosterone is not effected by your circadian rhythm or the sorts. Moreover, if your doctor didn't say anything, then doubts are you don't need to fast - most just stress the fact if fasting is required. Though as austinite said, your doctor should have discussed this with you, regardless.
