Help!! Blood Work x 2 - Low Libido!!
Hi guys,
I really need some advice. I am 29 years old - Athletic and 10% body fat. i was stupid enough to do an 8 week winny only cycle, which ended on new years day. Silly I know. When on the minstrel for the first few weeks i was horny as hell, and then nothing. I did not do a PCT.
Since then, I have been the same. No libido, no morning wood and week erections. I had my blood taken 6 weeks ago and then this week again. (about a month apart) on both occasions by endo has said they are not in an abnormal range so he will not do anything, so your advice is greatly appreciated.
The second estro test is a sensitive one. As you will see, my lh is poor and my shbg is through the roof.
Please help. i now have HCG and nolvadex at my disposal. My concern is shbg!!

I don't see anything in here that could point to your symptoms. Normally we'd want to see how HPTA is performing and where E2 levels are and everything here looks okay. You are still missing some important labs as well so there may be something off that you didn't test yet.

• Total Testosterone
• Bioavailable testosterone (aka Free and Loosely Bound)
• Free Testosterone
• SHBG
• DHT (gel users especially pay attention to this)
• Estradiol (specify “sensitive” assay for males)
• LH
• FSH
• Prolactin
• Cortisol
• Thyroid Panel (complete)
• CBC
• Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
• Lipid Panel
• PSA (age dependent)
• IGF-1, IGFBP-3 (if HGH therapy is being considered)
• Vitamin D

Your HPTA is functioning so there is no need for a restart.
You have good testosterone production so no need for anything.
Something else is off that you haven't tested for.
Progesterone and DHT are two I always like to see.
I want to see Free Testosterone as well...with elevated SHBG you may be binding up excessively so while Total Testosterone looks good what's available may not and could be one reason why you feel like you do. At this point Free and/or Bio Available Testosterone are very important in light of your SHBG levels.

Thank you gdevine. But I'm sure my free test results are there! Free t 3 and 4?
I actually do believe that is my problem as as soon as I took winstrol again which reduces shbg those problems disappeared. How can I change this?

Free T3 and Free T4 are for thyroid, not free testosterone .

There are drugs that can get SHBG down so you may need to have a discussion with your Doctor about which drug option is right for you if you were to go down this path.
Believe it or not; increased doses of Testosterone can suppress SHBG but the down side is the increased conversion to E2.
There are some nutrients that may help. Fish Oil is one of them.
Take 349 to 522 mg of EPA and 591 to 866 mg of DHA daily.
Take fish oil pills, the best you can get (try Highest Quality Vitamins And Supplements - Life Extension) and take 3 times a day.
Make sure you are taking Pregnenolone and especially DHEA 50 mg of both daily.
This may help.
