Blood letting symptoms??
Can someone describe the symptoms that would indicate one needs to blood let?

The only thing I know of that requires blood letting is hemachromatosis. It's a genetic condition where the body absorbs too much iron. The symptoms are really diffuse and similar to many other illnesses, and so often it isn't diagnosed until later in life.
It causes liver damage as iron builds up in the liver, so cirrhosis is a symptom along with abdominal pain that comes with an ailing liver, diabetes, adrenal/thyroid/pituitary problems, depression, loss of sex drive, arrhythmia, arthritis (and joint probs generally), fatigue.
The places it shows up most commonly are in high serum ferritin results and elevated liver enzymes (ALT and AST), but I think it takes a liver biopsy to confirm.

Symptoms of polycythemia can be none to minimal in many people. Some general and nonspecific symptoms include weakness, fatigue, headache, itching, redness of your skin, bruising, joint pain, dizziness, abdominal pain, shortness of breath, breathing difficulty when you lie down; and numbness, tingling, or burning in the hands, feet, arms, or legs.

Definitely polycythemia. Testosterone over the long run can really increase your red blood cell count and hematocrit and is quite dangerous and goes unnoticed for long periods by many. Quarterly blood work is a good idea. My cheeks and back of my hands get a little flushed and I know my levels are rising. I then will get bloodwork and if it's high, I will donate blood. If it's too high they will reject you and you will need a prescription in the US. They do the same process of blood letting but destroy it rather than make it available for someone.

There is a member (brother) Bass that is an expert here, he has a video on you-tube, he's "gone ghost" hasn't been around for a couple months but if you can reach out to him, he would be knowledgeable here.

The most obvious one is elevated blood pressure.
You'll also become lethargic and lack endurance once it gets bad enough.
Just get bloodwork and stop guessing.
