    Arrow Best Insurance

    Currently, I have an HSA PPO under Anthem Blue Cross. It doesn't seem to cover much.

    Which PPO insurance plans are good for the expenses of TRT?

    You seek an answer that is very complicated. There are many options that each carrier will offer. I have BCBS-Fed HMO and so far their coverage for TRT is super, no hassle and I pay about $5.00 per 200mg Test cyp(wkly).
