What's the difference between these 2 lab tests?

The "Male Anti-Aging Deluxe w/Free (Direct) Testosterone" vs the "Hormone Panel for Males"?

The only difference I see is $30 and this line:
-Testosterone, Free (Direct), Serum With Total Testosterone
-Testosterone (Free) , Serum (Equilibrium Ultrafiltration) With Total Testosterone

Both tests will show free and total test, right? Is the Equilibrium Ultrafiltration what makes the $30 difference? What is that? Thanks!
