adding hcg to protocol, please review
Currently using test cyp. twice a week , Sunday am and Weds. pm, at 80 mg per. Am now adding HCG , M/W/F at 250 iu's. I'll decrease my test to 60 mg's a shot now. Also taking DIM daily to try and control E2. Now that I'm taking HCG, can I stop supplimenting pregnenolone daily ? What do you think of this protocol. My doc did not call for additional bw with the addition of HCG, is that ok ?thanks

Great questions. You and I are in the same exact boat, I have the exact same questions.

You wouldn't stop taking it because you started hcg . You would stop if your blood work shows you are out of range. Optimal serum levels for Pregnenolone is 180 ng/dl for men. Its all in the hcg sticky.

The lab assay for Pregnenolone is wildly unreliable and why most TRT Docs "in the know" don't order it.
On the other hand, DHEA-S is the lab assay for measuring DHEA but it's not really measuring DHEA it's measuring the Sulfate serum level which is like a reserve in the body for the conversion to DHEA.
You need to read the sticky on HCG and Pregnenolone, everything you need including supplementing with DHEA is in there.

Just read it again G. Do you think the test injection days should change or Weds. morning HCG and evening test the same day. Sunday being my other test pin day.

Myself and kel included go Mon Wed Fri for HCG at 250 iu and we both have very good results.
Keep your test injection schedule like it is or move it up a day so you get weekends off from pinning...I like that.
