Hey guys, I just had a microsurgical variocelectomy( i chose this route because it has a less of a chance of reoccurrence on my large grade 3 varioceles about 2 days ago.

I was wondering if anyone on here had this procedure done and if and when they felt an increase in testosterone . My main concern is my libido, before surgery i would have to take herbs like gingko biloba to even get a tingle of sexual feeling down there.

Also, i scheduled months in advance an appointment with an endocrinologist on the 21st of this month, do you think it would be a waste of an appointment to go after i got the variocelectomy done and should i just wait it out and see if my libido improves?
