I'm trying to recover from tren. Haven't felt right since I've came off. I don't really want therapy because I'm 22. But can they're doctors help me?

I am looking for a trt doc because all the general docs I've been to arent taking me serious. But can the low test docs help me? If I have to get therapy I will but that's the last option for me right

My total test level came back at 540 and prolactin 10 that's all my doc would test for idk why I'm having these problems could it be low lh and fsh??
