At 150mg weekly I've gained modest but noticeable muscle growth, but more importantly I've realized significant strength gains. Even at this dose the thickening of the blood (and acne) get to be problematic. The men here have traveled the path you want to take. Benefit from their experience. They are telling you less is more. You will be hapier and healthier if you focus on quality gains. Set long-term goals to be the most fit you can be. Not necessarily the largest or strongest.
