Bloodwork After 6 Weeks of TRT
I decided to independently go get my testosterone and estradiol levels checked since I've been on trt for 6 weeks now. My initial testosterone level was in the low 200 range. Estradiol was 24. Now after 6 weeks my test level is a little over 1400 and my Estradiol is at 37(high I know). I'm a bit concerned because I know these are both out of range.
I've been playing with my AI dose because I think the doc had me taking too much at 3mg per week. It was killing my libido and mood. I switched to 1mg just the week before I had blood drawn. So maybe I may need 1.5 mg per week since 37 estradiol isn't ideal based on what other have stated in previous posts.
I want to bring my testosterone level down before my clinic orders a blood work update and then reduces my dose. I'd rather have the test and not need it then need it and not have it.
Any suggestions overall? Should I be very concerned about my most recent lab results? Any sage advice is greatly appreciated.

Also FSH is 0.2 and LH is 0.1
I assume this is normal due to the high testosterone level. Someone please correct me if i'm wrong.

I'm taking a total of 220mg of Test C per week split every 3.5 days. Also taking 150mg of Dhea per day along with multi vitamin and extra B5 and 1cc of B12 shot every week. I also take 500 mg of grape seed extract every day.

Cut you Test C dose in half. Should get you close to the sweet spot.

Thanks for the advice. Any idea of about how long it'll take to bring me back down? Lastly, is there any known health risk involved with having a test level this high?

Nothing to worry about that short term 3.5 days is the half life. So you should be on track in a week or two. If you have not started hcg yet you will most likely have to lower your dose again once started.

Thanks for the response. Glad to hear I should be at optimal levels in a week or two.
I was debating rather or not to start my hcg protocol. My doc hadn't included it. However, I mentioned the idea to him after learning about it on this forum and he agreed to allow me to start. Do you think hgc is absolutely necessary if I'm not planning on having children in the future?

Seriously no clue why doc's start out with a more is better philosophy with testosterone . Just makes no sense. 100%'s dead on with his advice to cut your dose in half.
