Just got Sust 250 and HGH

I am seeing a doctor who is helping me with what were very low testosterone levels. I am a 53 year old male, 6' 2" tall and 190 lbs (195 now as blew out elbow and only able to do legs last 30 days). My free testosterone levels were at 175 so my doctor put me on 3 hash marks on a 3ml syrynge (1 1/2 hash marks less than a 1/2 ml) of Testosterone Cypionate every 3 days (200 mg/ml vial). Tested again several months later and came in a little over 600 for free testosterone. He lifts weights and thought I could go a little higher so I have been doing 3 1/2 hash marks every 3 days and will be going back in to test in a month or two.

A friend of a friend said that Sustanon 250 is better than Testosterone Cypionate and said I should also get on HGH. I just received a 250 mg/ml bottle of Sustanon 250 and ten, 10iu vials of Soma HGH.

Given what I have been doing with the test cyp as mentioned above, what do you recommend the dosage and frequency be if I were to switch to the Sustanon 250? My friend said to do 1 cc every 5 to 7 days.

How much bacterial sterile water should I inject in the HGH (I was told 1 ml)? Then, using a 1/2 ml insulin syringe that goes from 0 to 50 (with 50 little hash marks total on the syringe) how much HGH should I take? I was told to do 20 of the little hash marks for 5 days and stop for 2 days, and continue until all 10 vials are used. I have also heard to do 20 hash marks every day for as long as I could afford it.

I apologize in advance if some of my terms are incorrect, but still earning all the different measurements.

What???? If you have a doctor thats helping you then go and let him help you...... your friend is an idiot!! What does this have to do with HRT and what exactly do you need help with?

Why waste the money on something not needed? Plus with the short esters in the sust you need to do it at least twice a week.

So, your "doc" put you on one thing then took the advice of your friend and put you on something else plus HGH? WOW! Very cooperative doc you have there. Interesting that he gave you no instructions. If/since you are probably self-medicating, just be honest. Then you might get some answers.

I'd love to have such a cooperative doctor.... Definately would like to get some us pharm grade Jin's

you dont "NEED" to ... the long esters pick up as the short ones drop off. 1X a week is enough. but i think teste or cyp is better then sus personally for 1X a week or 2X a week.

I have done eod with sust, 2X a week and 1X a week. if its for hrt i just do 1X a week. if its a cycle ill do 2X a week.

I rec you get teste next time and folow your doc he seems to know what he is doing.
see if he can give you cyp though.


if for anti aging then HGH 2iu ed might be ok... but i would have talked to doc first about his thoughts since he seems to be on point this far by not pinning you 1X ever 2-3 weeks with sust like some stupid docs do still...

2 IU's HGH everyday is the way my last Dr set me up. I would not do the Sust. Been there done tht. Makes my test levels go crazy thn ur E goes up. At least for me everyone is different. Both Test C and Sust r testosterones so not really sure where he gets tht. He must mean to cycle but test C is superior for stable test levels. IMHO

stop taking medical advice from a gym "guru" and letting him treat you.

Are you saying that test cyp is superior to test e? I've always understood that they were virtually the same in terms of molecular structure and effect

Make sure you keep an eye on your estrogen levels and like the others said, ditch the sus cyp is all u need to maintain healthy test levels.

HGH is good wth everything! Love the stuff it's a damn facelift in a bottle. It tightens up everything. If u do test c and HGH u should be in good shape. Get some t4 and do about 60mcgs a day for thyroid!

Hey everyone, thanks for the advice, really appreciate everyone's input. I will stick with what my doc has me on, which is test cyp. He let me choose if I wanted to do his recommended full dose once a week, or break it in half and do it twice a week.i have been doing it twice a week.

My friends friend is pretty ripped so thought he knew what he was doing, but sounds like I should stay away from his advice.
