You might not have needed an anti-estrogen. I don't need one. My current weekly test dose is 125mg/wk and I don't need one. If I did use one it would only lower my levels below a healthy range.

Would 1 dose at .25 mg be enough to tank it over night?

Previous to that .25 dose I was only taking Formexx Black as my AI which I knew was not reliable.. no other AI was ever taken

Is this doctor diagnosed TRT? If so, surely he/she would have determined if an AI was necessary based on blood work.
@JWP...no, I don't believe 1 dose of .25 ldex would have that effect by any stretch

Joseph956,
I am also unsure why you are taking an AI.
You need to get the sensitive estrogen test.
This test will tell you wether or not you need to be on an AI.
Most people on this forum will tell you to shoot for the mid 20s.

Yes it's doctor prescribed TRT but my doctor doesn't know wtf he's doing..
I've tried to get my sensitive e2 assay but I have been unable to.. however after my researching on the forums and throughout and because of my weight I thought that an AI wouldn't hurt, especially at that low of a dose and spread out every 3.5 days..
I know I'm doing guesswork here and that there is nothing like getting my labs done, it's just harder than normal to get my doctor to get me what I need.. and money isn't exactly flowing at the moment so I have to work with what I have.

You really need to get this dialed in with a good doc vs throwing darts at a dart board. I highly doubt your dose of TRT would require an AI at all. At a minimum, get proper blood work befoe just randomly taking more hormone altering drugs.

Thanks Lunk, I'll try to get it done this next week while I'm on vacation from work.. I've been feeling panicky all damn day and like my digestion is shit (no pun) right now because I'm all stressed from all the sporadic dizziness..
I know 110% that I need hcg however because my nuts are beyond aching.. Just waiting for my order to come in and I'm injecting that bad boy.
So I'll test estrogen without hcg and then with and go from there.
Thanks again guys!

AIs do give some people mild stomach problems or gas and one dose could in fact drop your e2 overnight.....that's what it's suppose to do although I don't think the word "TANKED" would apply here unless your e2 was already on the low end. Get blood work and live longer and healthier, don't guess.

I am on 100 mg test C ew , .25 mg liquidex 2 times a week, almost the same as op
I just got back my bloodwork Testosterone came back at 917 and my E2 was undetectable.3 months ago my E2 came back just a little over the high range. .This has happened before on the same dosage on dex.
I would question the actual concentration of ai in the solution you are using.
I am stopping the ai for a week ,and then i will try .125 twice a week

Can you afford $70 at labcorp for the sensitive e2 test? If so, do it soon. Piece of mind...
