E2 issues and serious Acne. Need some help guys !

I will post my recent labs and protocol leading up to these labs. Basically my numbers have never been better. I know my Test is high and than of course my E2 is high, BUT I was taking .25mg of Arimidex every 3rd day and in the past and what I read from everybody else this should be plenty. For some reason it's not. Also I have serious Acne on my back. This has never happened before and I've been on this protocol for many years. After my BW's and seeing my HRT Doc we decided to go to weekly Test C once a week, subQ and taking .25mg Arimidex EOD. Been doing this approximately 4 weeks. The Acne has probably gotten worse not better. I'll be checking my Test and E2 in about a month. Please take a look at the below info and let me know your thoughts.

Protocol leading up to the Labs

IM Injections Every 10th day – 150mg Testosterone Ethanante and
    125mg B Complex.

I take minocycline 100mg twice a day. Definitely helps. Not sure the cause of aas related acne. I am still trying to determine if it is e2 or androgen related personally. I do know it sucks though. Antibiotics will help wonders. Minocycline has been prescribed for years for long periods of time for acne. There is also an excellent acne sticky on here. Search it. I am now following that protocol and it is definitely helping. Good luck bud

Yeah I took tetracycline as a teenager. However I really think it has to do with exogenous Test and E2 balance.

    Your Free T3 needs help.

Pinning every 3.5 days should help keep the E2 down even more but it's good you at least pin every week now.

Search B5 Pantothenic acid for acne.

Why are you pinning so much Test if your levels are already well beyond normal limits? I'm certainly not an expert but I assume that if you pinned less T, your E2 levels would also fall. Perhaps you are going for short-term maximum performance rather than maximum health, so we might have very different perspectives.

Have you changed anything at all about your protocol over the years? I once had a girlfriend who switched from one brand of the pill to another and lost her perfect skin. She started to have lots of break outs and no matter what brand of pill she tried after that she never managed to fix her skin problem. Your situation reminded me of this but if you haven't changed anything about your protocol at all then perhaps there's another factor at play.

It's only slightly out of range and could be explained by the timing of my blood draw. If on my next labs its high than something will be done.

My total Test has for years been in the 900's which is where I wanted it to be. I agree with you that at its current level it's too high. There are two possibilities I can think of; one I added to my protocol 250 hcg on day 8 & 9 (every 10 Test). Second my Arimitex isn't working

Since my labs I did change some things. Instead of 150mg Test E IM every 10th day. I'm now doing 125mg Test Cyp subQ every 7th day and only 250 hcg on day 6. Think I'll cut back 100mg Test Cyp.

Scratching my head why when basically I only added hcg that total T jumped 300+ points. Second why when compared to others the Arimitex isn't working. The acne I guess is the direct result of my T levels too high and also my E2 being out of whack. I'm hoping once I get those 2 things sorted out the acne will go away. I live on a tropical island where wearing a shirt is always optional. Unfortunately lately the shirt has been on only.

I was commenting on your thyroid lab and not your testosterone .

It sounds like maybe the HCG might have raised your test 300+ and if so I wonder if that means you could do fine on a restart and get off TRT if you wanted...
