Urgent help needed
Hello,
I did a cycle 2 years ago consisting of Tren ace, test prop and t3. This was the worst decision I have made, however I cannot change the past and I just want to fix my problem. I have libido problems.
I did some blood work in March 2013 and here are the results.
Free Test : 62.6 pmol/L
March 13, 2013 results
RTH: 2.07 uIU/mL
AND: 2.75 ng/mL
TES: 569 ng/dl
March 18, 2013 results
PRG: 0.801 nmoI/L
LH: 4.14 mIU/mL
FSH: 7.18 mIU/mL
E2: 105 pmoI/L
March 5 2013 results
LH: 3.46 mIU/L
FSH: 3.61 mIU/L
PRL: <10.6 mIU/L
E2: <73.4 pmoI/L
If anyone can help me there would be no way of expressing how grateful I would be.
All the best and thank you.

Could you edit your post and beside each item put the lab ranges.....different labs use different ranges....makes it better for us to evaluate.
From what I can see so far, it looks like your E2 is high and that can make you feel like crap and possibly cause libido issues.
Any thyroid labs?

Free Testosterone 62.6 pmol/l: reference range 15.6-146
The lab didn't give reference ranges for the rest, just the results

Your total serum isn't all that bad, and your LH/FSH is slightly on the low end, but not in the tank.
On that subject, your best bet would probably be to consult with a good physician, one who could possibly explore increasing/stimulating HPTA gonadotropin production with a SERM.
The E2 assay could be anything. Unless it's noted as a "sensitive" panel, we have no idea how to assess it. You might need to get another panel taken, make sure it's ordered as "sensitive", which is the industry standard for males.
Your prolactin needs to be checked. Good chance that it's elevated as a result from the tren cycle, which can be quite common with taking Nor19 compounds (deca included). This can play all sorts of havoc on libido, ED, and ejaculating. First thing first .. Get with a good physician and include this lab with everything else. You can refer to Kel's sticky "finding a Physician" to see the desired labs.

Prolactin is definitely an issue. Test is a bit higher than normal, but still not high enough, mine is at 569 ng/dl. For men under 25, the mean total test is 692. Another problem could be my E2 which is at 105 pmoI/L.
I have an appointment with my doctor and my endocronologist on monday. I need to speak with my doctor about some pain I have when touching a specific part of my testes and with my endo I will do another blood test and speak to him about some ways to fix my problem.

You could request a copy of your labs and post them in this thread.
