TRT and Gyno
Question...
If my gyno (puffy nips, small lumps) clears with my current protocol - Raloxifene 60mg/day and Letro taper up, hold at 2.5mg/day, then taper down, can I start TRT safely without worrying about gyno popping back up again? Or will it always be a constant balancing act?
Logically, I feel like I would just need a double dose of adex so rather than .5mg 2-3x week for TRT, I'd do .5mg eod?
Help me out here....

If we could read the future like that, we would be great in the stock market and many other things.
I saw your post on another forum as well.
A typical guy that needs any runs from .25mg to 1mg per week usually so you think double then that would be .5mg to 2mg.
You might consider aromasin instead because it usually won't crush a guy's E2 even if he uses too much and it's suppose to be better for lipids. Also, some guys feel bad on any dose of arimidex and I have't heard anyone say that about aromasin....also no E2 rebound with aromasin if you stop it for awhile like one gets stopping arimidex.
Letro is the strongest I guess, if that's what you need. I was recently reading in the AAS section of someone who thought they needed an unusual amount, maybe that was you.
I also was just reading of a family that was genetically flawed the opposite way and had NO E2 which was very hard on their bones...so jeez guys can be all over the place from one extreme to the other on how their E2 is....can't cookie cut that treatment. Need to try your best quess for 4 to 6 weeks and do blood work and repeat until the protocol is dialed in.

Thanks for replying. I do post on this forum and another, as that way I can gather as much information as possible and make an educated guess on what to do.
I've thought about doing Aromasin over Arimidex but the costs are astronomical in comparison. I believe because it is a steroidal AI, it comes with a stigma attached. This is just from what I've gathered when researching with TRT clinics.
The e2 management has been the most difficult, I don't know how you guys do it...to be quite frank - it's a pain in the ass!

I am also prone to gyno so am running .1mg of Letro every third day post running G Bino's protocol successfully . Have to get blood work so will be interesting to see what m y estrogen levels look like. I felt pretty bad while on high doses of Letro but feel better now. No signs of gyno returning thankfully. I have been taking a trt dose of cyp at 200 mg/week. Have you considered running a small dose of Letro?

As a matter of fact, I'm running C Bino's letro protocol along with Raloxifene at 60mg/day. I would love to take letro alongside my TRT protocol but the clinics only carry Arimidex and Aromasin is 4x the costs. Letro is not available with clinics. Did you get your letro from the board sponsor, Ar-r /Rui? How long did you stay at 2.5mg/day? How slow was your taper down?
Thanks for replying...and telling me that the reversal worked! Gives me a little faith in crushing my e2 with letro!

I stayed at 2.5 for about 3 weeks. Libido went literally to zero. Felt miserable at times. My gyno wasn't completely gone when I started to reduce the letro dose but I was concerned that I was on that high dose for so long. The gyno continued to shrink through the taper down period. Followed his taper down method exactly but have stayed on it like I said at a small dose. I ordered the letro from the board sponsor. Let me know how things work out for you. Hope you are successful bro.
