Low Libido
I apologize in advance if i posted this in the wrong section but i think is kind of related to TRT so i posted here.
Anyways the question is, does doing to much strength training and cardio, to the point where your body gets hammered every week while being natural of course, affects libido?
Reason i ask, a while back i was not doing any cardio at all, it was just my strength training so obviously i had a lot more energy and felt less drained, my sex drive was good, was horny all the time!!! Now back to my old regime where i do strength training at 5am M-F and cardio for 1 hr in the afternoons M-F except wednesdays, saturdays anywhere from 3-5 hrs of intense racquetball.
Have any of you had any experience with this or do you think this could be the cause or just low T? I know my T levels are not the best but they are not the worst from the last BW i did last year.
I feel i may be pushing the body to hard!!! What are your thoughts?

from everything I read heavy workouts actually boost your natural test. it could be many things, maybe you're just so busy working out that you don't have time to think about sex, or simply too tired. have you run a test for your thyroid? what was your total T and free T in your last BW?

Honestly i couldnt tell you from the top of my head. When i get home i'll post back, Free T i never got tested, dumbass dr never sent it in, this time i will press even harder for it.
Test specifically for thyroid? No never. Is not the fact i dont have time to think about sex lol which i dont but thats something you dont really have to think about lol is the fact that i am dead tired, thats what i am attributing this to unless something else comes up. The time where i was only doing strength training and no cardio i was great but now that i am back to the morning weight lifting and cardio in the afternoons i am completely drained.
Im doing the BW next month and i also want to see if i go to s urologist or some kind of dr who works with TRT to see if they can send for the actual BW i need to get to know where i need to be on TRT or not because my primary dr is cool but a moron at the same time.

yep. You got to do a freeT. Most important number. If free T is less than 15 pg/ml. Then total T is completly irrelevant. You need TRT if so.
