Once we have a new location lined up it is very difficult to pinpoint the exact date it will be open. The reason it's difficult is because there is a lot of paper work, legal issues to take care of and make sure they are perfect and things of that nature. For this reason, from the time we have a location and doctor on the books it's impossible to predict how long it will take for all those items to come together. We've tried to make those predictions before, sometimes it's faster than we thought and sometimes it takes a little longer than we'd like but either way it gets done and once it's done and done right it's set.
