iamgodzilla,
Your thyroid looks fine. FYI a low TSH score is a good TSH score. T4 and T3 are better in the higher end of the range.
I read your previous thread and you have given very little info with which to work with.
Can you please provide the following info:
Height and weight
Age
Body fat%
Any medications that you take or have taken
Any supplements that you take or have taken
Any prohormones/ test boosters/ AAS?
Any drug use?
Smoking or drinking?
Do you exercise?
Diet
Any bloodwork with ranges

thyroid looks good, testosterone might be sub-optimal but not "bad" by any means. it's very workable and i would not suspect a main contributer.
its hard to follow your post above... but what do you feel is wrong?

HRTstudent, thats a pretty big call to make... whatever the range you use, 370 is low - it's what you'd expect for an 80 year old man... this is a 23 year old w/ a good diet and exercise regime - he should be at the top end of tt.
even if tt was up at 4 or 500, it could still be the issue... coz as i hope you appreciate, dif people have dif needs
There's a concept known as therapeutic testing - in this case administering testosterone (or a serm) to see if it alleviates your symptoms. I would go down this path... coz it beats the alternatives by a long shot. you do need to find a doctor who isn't an egotistical, uninquisitive, uninformed retard which can be very challenging.
what can cause low t in the first place? - pituitary trauma, pituitary tumor, testicular trauma, a varicocele, a history of mumps orchitis, adrenal hyperactivity, and the list goes on
other tests worth considering... prolactin level, estrogen level, shbg level, cortisol level (if any of these are high, that helps explain your symptoms and can be corrected)
good luck mate

juts adding to my prev comment - i also had a tt in the mid to low 300s (im 20 years old) and started on testosterone . After about a week, my mental fog lifted, my anxiety and depression disappeared, my erectile function returned (incl morning wood), my libido returned, i had a renewed motivation to go to gym and even noticed some positive body composition changes. This was all over the space of 4 weeks. I've since gone backwards, and lots of the improvements ive made are starting to diminish, and ive also started to get facial flushing and random bouts of tachycardia. I attribute this to a poor protocol (no hcg , no ai) - still think the test did its job. I saw my doc today about correcting this, and I had to tell him what blood tests to do...
So what im getting at is: 1) there is hope for you, 2) dont take what your doc (or hrtstudent) says on face value

that would make me even more interested to find out why the sudden drop...
I would suspect a multi-faceted problem if you have multi-system issues such as depression.
My goal is not to deter you from bringing up your testosterone by any means. My aim is to get one to consider focusing single-mindedly on one parameter. And in this case that particular number is not even out of range. I know ranges are far from the end-all definitive point, but a number in the mid to high 300's certainly indicates there is considerable signal and testicular activity.

I don't know enough about you, but if someone told me they had something like depression then I know there is a lot going on. The chances of someone throwing one "fix" at them, no matter what it is, is slim. You need to utilize multiple solutions if you want to solve multiple problems. By far, one of the most common problems people have is nutrition related, but only a rare, perhaps "holistic" doctor would even broach the subject in a normal doctor visit.
about the "one parameter" comment, I mean do not fall into the trap of seeing one thing low or out of range and think, "that's it!" perhaps it is, but perhaps it is not. Maybe it's just a symptom of something, maybe it's just a little low, maybe its normal for you, maybe fixing the real issue takes care of it... don't ignore it, but don't put more emphasis on something than it deserves at the cost of other matters that might be just as or more important.
Your LH is at the bottom of the range... so yes that seems low unless you're very old.

Your weight loss and tsh level MIGHT be thyroid related. Years ago, my tsh level was similar. I was down 25 pounds, nervous, rapid heart rate, etc... Ask your doc about this.

Yes. The nervousness sounds familiar. Good luck tomorrow. Don't punch the receptionist...lol. I used to get really annoyed/mad/pissed when my thyroid was out of whack. I hope it's an easy fix; whatever is causing these symotoms.
