    workouts have been great on hcg

    havent noticed much on hcg..except maybe a little more confidence and less migraines although that may be placebo....but my workouts have been going great...hit a pr on bench today and it's been a long time....for me. working out with low testosterone is bs...funny thing is my diet has been off lately..and ive been lifting less..been really lazy lately(something i was hoping higher test would help with....and im still struggling)..actually typing this while resting for curls

    Takes time bud. If I remember correct, you just started TRT a few weeks ago if that? Took me a good 10 weeks before I started feeling anything.

    Congrats on the PR! I was stuck at a 219 squat (3 sets of 5 reps) for close to 2 years and in the past 6 months of TRT, I just squatted 265 this last Friday (3 sets of 5 reps). Feels good to get back on track but it does take time.

    im not on trt just hcg for 6 weeks to try to restart my hpta..and thanks man

    Oh, gotcha. I only got a libido increase from HCG alone. Guess it depends if your primary or secondary.

    With HCG alone my test total bumped up like 80 point. Nothing drastic.

    im amazed at the gains ive been making since starting hcg....this stuff is def raising my test levels...although besides the lifting and lack of migraines i dont feel much different.

    def not a placebo...benched 290x3 today which was a 10 pound pr over my strongest 3 rep bench ever...and i only benched 80x3 last week(although ive benched it before about a year or two ago but due to low t my strength goes down and up a lot). I was only benching around 245x6 5 weeks ago...and im better at endurance reps.

    shoulder press has jumped up as well too...did 155x7 today...so hoping for 205.

    curled 135x7 with good form..not 100 percent strict, but i was very happy with the form..and i like to use a little english o nthe alst reps...had a good few more in me too.

    and i can do as many pullups now as i could at 160..about 25 good form..and weigh 205-210 in clothes.

    ill def be upset if my lifts go down again when istop the hcg lol.

    doing squats tomorrow...legs have always been a weak bodypart for me...plus i have a herniated spine, but doing 300 for 3 sets of 5 squats no belt.
