I moved this question from another thread because I thought it would be more appropriate.
It's a question regarding Cialis, L-Citruline and other supplements - and erections. How can I make them better?
I'm 65 and in excellent shape - no underlying health issues, a former long distance runner, body of a man in his forties. But I don't do cardio anymore - aside from walking 3 miles a day.
Since starting on TRT a year ago, my life has improved immensely. I'm taking about 6-7mg Cialis 2x a day (I bite off a piece from the 20mg tab), and tamsulosin for BPH. My other supplement include Vit D3, 5000 mg twice a day, Pregnenolone 50 once a day, zinc and some other vitamins, DHEA once a week because my levels are good. hCG, 250iu EOD, or ED depending on my mood. Androgel 1.62%, 3 pumps daily.
I'm truly blessed compared to where I was before TRT - and very grateful for how I've improved, in so many ways. But my erections are not as hard as they once were, and I'm not as fast to get hard, and I don't stay hard for as long as I'd like. I remember erections that were so hard they HURT. Is it wishful thinking to want to get those erections again; to get back to somewhere where I was in my prime? Or should I just accept this state of affairs? Suggestions?
