Thyroid-stimulating hormone (also known as TSH or thyrotropin) is a hormone that stimulates the thyroid gland to produce thyroxine (T4), and then triiodothyronine (T3) which stimulates the metabolism of almost every tissue in the body.[1] It is a glycoprotein hormone synthesized and secreted by thyrotrope cells in the anterior pituitary gland, which regulates the endocrine function of the thyroid gland

    44 years old - 6'0"
Overweight at 230... but trying to loose it.
Never used any AAS - No gear of any type....(was desperate enough to try T3 to loose weight - lost 10 pounds then plateaued [have not used it in about a month or so])
Work out (try to at least) 3 times a week in the gym.
Calories (I am watching what I eat) are under control - about 2000 per day.
I get 7 hours sleep each night..... Get up at 4:00 am and go to bed at 9 pm
Drink about a gallon of water per day.

I don't see LH, FSH, estradiol and maybe prolactin, I would ask for those, before starting on anything.

    Read through this...

Sleep well. At least 7 -8 hours and keeping proper sleeping hours. - check
Moderate alcohol consumption to no more than 2 drinks a day. - check
Exercise for an hour , 3-4 times a week. - check
Lower stress. - pretty laid back
Some men may be deficient in zinc. - take a multivitamin with zinc and copper
Do not wear tight underwear. ------hmmm
Lose weight if overweight. - trying but more difficult when your test is low
Avoid pesticide exposure and do not heat up your food in plastic containers. - never heard this but willing to try anything
Have sex or masturbate frequently if you can. - ok
Be aware that certain medications can decrease testosterone . - no meds

Thinking about trying Clomid to help bring my test levels back up......

You do not have the right blood work? Look in the link I posted. It is important to find out what type of hypo hypogonadism you have so it can be treated correctly.
