Strange Issue Seek Advise on To Much of a Pump ? Some would say good problem to have
I have pretty well got my diet dialed in and I am happy the way my Co ( My DA Dr. & me a learning old man ) TRT is going My Dr. Scripts 200 mg of Testosterone EOW and 1 mg of Anastrozole Daily .
I self modified to 50 mg every 3.5 days of the Testosterone and the AI I take a pill cutter and take .50 mg every 4 th day , I tried to cut the half but it crumbles. I order HCG online and do a PG test on it and appears GTG Dr. will not script HCG :( . I reconstitute per sticky and have modified it a little and take 200 mcg EOD. I also take Cialas 5 mg am & 5 mg pm . Plenty of normal supplenments Magnesium, Zinc, DHEA, Progerolone, MSM, FIsh oil + Omega 3's, .
Had BW done a week ago and results not back yet but fell pretty good just sure I still have very low T.
My stats are I will be 54 in August and in the past 8 mths I have lost about 30 lbs from 260 lbs to 230 lbs and I still have trouble forcing myself to eat but I still ingest something every 3 hrs and Complex Carb load Pre and Post W/O . Target other Carbs in the am and then minor amount of carbs the rest of the day , I target Protein and a fresh fruit in small amounts and Greek Yoguart 2x's protein for varity during the day . The guy in my AVATAR could be my twin. Goal is keep eating like I am, get down to 205 @ 6 ft. and then put muscle back on.
Due to age and injusies from the past I have to use light weight and I do 4 exercises 4 sets of 50 reps, each body part and add a minor body part in on days I feel well enough ? I am breaaking body parts into Back , Chest, Bi's, Tri's, Minor body pts. Delts, Traps, and fore arms, and a dedicated all leg day !
The issue is when I train my Bicepts get such a pump even on non bicept days I have issues even completing my W/O I mean they are hard as rocks and I start to tremble and can't control th DBs ?
I am drinking a gal of water a day + 4 60 gram Whey Protein Shakes a Day, some Almond Milk and Yankee Tea ( unsweetened tea ) . I don't think I am dehydrated ? So why the issue with a pump so hard and tight that I can't finish a back W/O ? I know that Bicepts are used in almost every exercise and mine are not huge SOOOO ? As I said my AVATAR is a good guide on size for 6 ft and 230 lbs. Please offer up thoughs and facts ? Thanks !
