    Strange Issue Seek Advise on To Much of a Pump ? Some would say good problem to have

    I have pretty well got my diet dialed in and I am happy the way my Co ( My DA Dr. & me a learning old man ) TRT is going My Dr. Scripts 200 mg of Testosterone EOW and 1 mg of Anastrozole Daily .

    I self modified to 50 mg every 3.5 days of the Testosterone and the AI I take a pill cutter and take .50 mg every 4 th day , I tried to cut the half but it crumbles. I order HCG online and do a PG test on it and appears GTG Dr. will not script HCG . I reconstitute per sticky and have modified it a little and take 200 mcg EOD. I also take Cialas 5 mg am & 5 mg pm . Plenty of normal supplenments Magnesium, Zinc, DHEA, Progerolone, MSM, FIsh oil + Omega 3's, .

    Had BW done a week ago and results not back yet but fell pretty good just sure I still have very low T.

    My stats are I will be 54 in August and in the past 8 mths I have lost about 30 lbs from 260 lbs to 230 lbs and I still have trouble forcing myself to eat but I still ingest something every 3 hrs and Complex Carb load Pre and Post W/O . Target other Carbs in the am and then minor amount of carbs the rest of the day , I target Protein and a fresh fruit in small amounts and Greek Yoguart 2x's protein for varity during the day . The guy in my AVATAR could be my twin. Goal is keep eating like I am, get down to 205 @ 6 ft. and then put muscle back on.

    Due to age and injusies from the past I have to use light weight and I do 4 exercises 4 sets of 50 reps, each body part and add a minor body part in on days I feel well enough ? I am breaaking body parts into Back , Chest, Bi's, Tri's, Minor body pts. Delts, Traps, and fore arms, and a dedicated all leg day !

    The issue is when I train my Bicepts get such a pump even on non bicept days I have issues even completing my W/O I mean they are hard as rocks and I start to tremble and can't control th DBs ?

    I am drinking a gal of water a day + 4 60 gram Whey Protein Shakes a Day, some Almond Milk and Yankee Tea ( unsweetened tea ) . I don't think I am dehydrated ? So why the issue with a pump so hard and tight that I can't finish a back W/O ? I know that Bicepts are used in almost every exercise and mine are not huge SOOOO ? As I said my AVATAR is a good guide on size for 6 ft and 230 lbs. Please offer up thoughs and facts ? Thanks !

    10mg of Cialis is not going to cause a painful pump that you can't complete a basic workout. Consider a complete blood count panel. Sounds like your blood levels are high.

    I will do that thanks But I hope to get fresh BW back in the am Mon ? and I always give blood every 60 days anyway no matter what ? So if it is high can my Dr. do a Theripuidic Draw ? He will not catch it; he doesn't even know what to look for in BW as far as TRT goes ! But I can request if my blood levels are high and if he won't what other opitions do I HAVE IF IT IS HIGH 2 WEEKS BEFORE I CAN GIVE AGAIN ?

I AM DOING MEGA REPS COULD THAT BE IT ? i MEAN THEY FEEL LIKE BOWLING BALLS and my Bicepts are not defined my shoulder grow easy but never had peaks in my bicepts even when I was young and abusing ? This is really a strange feeling and guys at the gym actually have discussed it with them and they are amazed at how HARD my bicepts get and stay even when relaxed ?

    Thanks for that 411 I didn't think 10 mg a day of cialas would do it in thst long thread on Cailas that was going a while back the HRT guy GD stated that for vascularity 60 mg a day was not uncommon ?

    Yea doing 50 reps could be the problem to. I like to throw in 100's occasionally mix it up, but very occasionally. 4x50 wow yea idk but I think that's just to many high reps could be cause lactic acid buildup.

    A minor detail I didn't mention I have been on this peptide cycle for 5 weeks now , My DA sorry I didn't include Old timmers 54 in August !

    3 x a day .100 mcg of cjc 1295 w/o DAC 1 tic on slin pin
    3 x a day 200 mcg of GHRP 2 , 2 tics on a slin pin Makes me hungry as a PIG ! and then knocks me o have to take and am nap and then a pre W/O nap and Post W/O I just go to sleep and at 5 weeks I have seen an increase in strength !
    3 x a day 200 mcg of Semorlin 2 tics on slin pin I love the way I feel

    That is how I reconstituted it so it would be simple to measure ?

    No disrespect but I have to use light weight to prevent old injuries from reoccouring ! TB-500 completly repaired a rotator Cuff that was schedulded for an operation this mth and I have minor pain but when it hurts I just humbly drop my db weights and keep going and I have managed to listen to my body !

    Any one else think the high reps could be doing it I doubt the peptides are but I like the sides that power nap last about 1 hour of REM SLEEP and I wake up feeling like a million bucks and could eat the A$$ out of a hourse raw . . . . . lol that is the GHRP 2 I know when I run out of it I am going to GHRP 6 that is not supposed to have the hunger effects and I still burs about 5 lbs of fat a mth and I am not a big guy but I live in Canton GA . rural and I am noticable in this small town when I go out in public . Nothing like the monsters on this forum but I'm happy with the definition and above average size and slowly loosing weight ! ALthough the GHRP 2 added 5 lbs in 5 weeks so I did not loose this mths 5 lb goal kinda of a 10 lbs abnormal change but other than a little bread basket no side handles or belly poking out just not flat like before I was starting to burn that bread basket and had flexors in site so I have got to tighten up my diet still high protein just a few more Fruits and yogaurt and almond milk is all I am eating more of ? So in reality I would guess 2.5 lbs bad weight gain and 2.5 good weight gain and I can flatten my belly back in 7 days and have thiner skin when ever I wish

    Thank you for you expert advice I will do as you suggest ! I did not like the change is a steady routne my body was progressing at a pace I was happy with and I was not sure if the weight gain was the Peps or the extra carbs ? and less cardio type w/o not being able to rip through the 4 sets of 50 I was getting stronger and loosing 5 lbs a month and some mths only 4 ! But for me this was acceptable to reach a level to have a rock solid frame to rebuild and not crash diet !

    Your thoughts if you have the time and my theory is sound 54 and trying to build a solid foundation and gain back up without fighting bad weight gain IMHO I needed a solid lean frame to rebuild the correct way ? Which IMHO meant build muscle and loose all those years of fat and hospital time ?

    I agree with this. My bet is your rbc and hematocrit are very high which will give you insane pumps and must be dealt with. You could also be holding a water from the peptide dosage.

    yip agreed - might needa get a blood count.. if its high id opt for the therapeutic draw.
    and cialis can defs cause issues at 10mg daily... a few guys have had to drop their dose because they were getting such awesome back pumps that it was painful haha.

    also... where do you buy your hcg from??

    It was the 50 reps dropped to 30 went up on weight and all is good I give my Every 2 th blood draw next week as always

    High rep work tends to cause that hard pump your describing. I like to hit one set light dumbbell curls to failure after all the low rep heavy sets, brings that peak up and floods my biceps full. Can't hardly raise my arms to wash my hair but dude what a pump! If youre having trouble getting your arms to grow, hit low rep like 8 with as heavy as you can handle and keep proper form bicep/tricep day using cables, dumbells, different hand positions dude they'll grow and after the initial pain subsides, haha, those wicked pumps turn into massive swells!

    Oh and I hear you about the injuries, for me the pain from the injuries got easier to deal with the more I pushed. Now they still hurt but not like before. Exercise the worlds true cure all !

    I had NPP for a while and all pain went away I even went through DT's to all but stop Opiates down to 1 or 2 a day and no dependance ! Then the NPP ran out and I can't find Deca ! I could hardly walk or even get out of bed that Deca is not just a myth it is really a miricial cure foor joint pain !

    Yes indeed! I too am a firm believer in the deca for joint pain relief program. And a big fan of the growth factor of it also! Never tried npp just good ol nandro deca.

    Up date : Went to Traditional w/o 10 , 8, 6, 30 4 exercises per main muscel group and got some Deca in a little over a week ago pain is subsiding and w/o's are quicker and 4th set is 30 or til failiur ! Faster w/o and winded at the end of each set of 4 now like the way it feels and being aged 54 I still have to be vigilant to not use to much weight ! I want to use heavier but not at the expence of an injury so I consentrate on slow , form and not much rest between sets !

    I like it a lot !

    Yes I like so many others on this forum think we can reinvent the wheel ? Why when the pros that have a tried and proven track record sould we not just listen to them ? Less is more when it come to gear and a triditional training routine works better than some off the wall voodoo junk . . . lol !

    However My goals are a little different from many I seek to loose fat slowly while maintaining muscle ! This is a tuff one @ 54 Since I began TRT my weight has been all over the place until I got my diet inline and now and a target of 70% Protein and the rest fat or carb I am loosing a steedy 4 to 5 lbs a mth and happy with the size I retain ! I am not huge by a long shot nor do I even desire to be I desire to be larger than average and lean . . . loose down to 205 @ 6 ft and gain back slow good lean muscle only to possibly 225 if even that heavy I AM 54 and have no desire to be huge just lean and a little larger than the average bear . . . . lol
