My labs (any knowledgle input appreciated)

Not sure if this is the right section but I wanted to post some of my labs and see your opinions. They're easy to read and I see I'm in normal range but do you guys think I'm on the low side and should I do anything (pct stuff) to boost levels.

    I'm 27 years old
    1 cycle when I was 21 (600mg test/wk 12 weeks, clomid nolva pct)

    FSH 3.1 mIU/ml normal range 1.5-12.4
    LH 2.1 mIU/ml normal range 1.7-8.6
    DHEA 249 UG/dl normal range 160-449
    Testosterone total 418 ng/dl Normal range 280-1100
    Test Free 8.61 ng/dl normal range 1.9-27

I don't have labs pre cycle so I can't say what my levels where then. I only plan on cycling again next summer. Like I said I just wanted to see if I should be doing something to boost my levels or if I'm fine and thinkin to much into it.

    Thanks

I started TRT not because I discovered my level was low but because of the effects I felt because of lower test levels and then got tested. So the question I ask is how do you feel? Sex drive? Energy level? Depressed? Making gains at the gym? 418 isn't super low but I have no reference for where a healthy 27 yo should be. What's you life like? The normal stress of life can wreak havoc on T levels, fix that first. I had pretty good success with slightly increasing my level naturally several years ago. I didn't verify this with blood work but the effects were pretty apparent. good luck. gain as much knowledge as you can and don't make any hasty decisions. There are no quick fixes.

There aren't any physical or emotional things that would lead me to believe I have low t. I'm not depressed, sex drive is normal, stress level is in check. Hard to tell about puttin on muscle cause I've only been consistently workin out for about 9-10 months and most of those I was cutting. But I'm in relatively good shape.

I just feel like my T levels should be higher.

Would it be worth takin clomid or dare I say tribulous?

    Your thyroid looks good.

How much do you train (cardio and weights)?

Have you recently been in a calorie deficient? If so, how long?

At your age and your with normal labs and symptoms (depression, libido,...) I'd just keep monitoring your levels every couple of years. Also, try taking Vit-D if you are deficient (and most everyone is) it'll cause your test to be lower.

Lift weights 5x a week and do hiit cardio 3x a week.

I've been lean bulking for about 2 months now. But was cutting for about 7 months. The cutting may have played a part because my metabolism slowed to a snails pace at the end.
